Terkait itu, yang menjadi permasalahan apabila PPAT membuat akta hibah bagi anak angkat tanpa persetujuan salah satu ahli waris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan Keabsahan akta hibah yang dibuat oleh PPAT bagi anak angkat tanpa persetujuan salah satu ahli waris, apabila akta tersebut terbukti secara sah melanggar ketentuan perundang-undangan maka akta tersebut menjadi akta yang terdegradasi atau akta di bawah tangan bahkan menjadi batal demi hukum.</em></p> <p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong> : Keabsahan, Akta Hibah, Anak Angkat</p> <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p> <p><em>Based on the provisions of Article 1 point 1 of Government Regulation Number 37 of 1998 concerning the Regulation of the Position of the Land Deed Maker Official, the grant deed whose object is land is made by the Land Deed Making Official (PPAT) who has the authority to make authentic deeds related to legal actions regarding land rights or rights. property of the apartment unit.
