This study aims to determine the impact of pandemic covid-19 on the inflation rate in food, beverage, tobacco and health spending groups 2010-2020. Seeing the impact of pandemic covid-19 not only disrupts human health conditions but also disrupts the health of the world economy. High unemployment rate as a result of termination of employment, restrictions on wiggle room that causes the stalling of the wheels of the economy, decreased incomes, unstable demand, to high foodstuffs. This condition causes high inflation and economic instability for an uncertain period of time. This research includes qualitative research types with descriptive approaches. The impact of COVID-19 shows an inflation rate in 2020 of 1.68%. The decrease in inflation in 2020 is still a category of mild inflation (inflation below 10% per year), which is inflation that is still not so disruptive to the economic situation.
