This study aims to determine market integration between the Seroja Agropolitan Market and the Wates Wetan Market in Lumajang Regency on the commodities of Pisang Agung Semeru and Pisang Mas Kirana. The method used is descriptive analytic. Sampling using simple random sampling method, the research data used are primary and secondary data which were analyzed by correlation analysis. The results showed (1) there is a strong integration between the Seroja Agripolitan Market and the Wates Wetan Market based on the price of Semeru Agung Banana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi dan strategi pemasaran buah pepaya di Desa Suco. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitik, metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik <em>random sampling</em> dan penentuan sampel menggunakan 2 (dua) metode yaitu <em>metode snowball sampling</em> dan <em>metode purpusive sampling.</em> Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga saluran pemasaran buah pepaya di Desa Suco Kecamatan Mumbulsari Kabupaten Jember, ketiganya efisien dengan nilai efisiensi dibawah 30%.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong>Keywords</strong>: Pepaya, efisiensi pemasaran, strategi</p> Abdur Rahman Copyright (c) 2021 KUBIS 2021-10-19 2021-10-19 1 1 12 21 Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Kripik Singkong ”Gunung Kawi Malang” di Desa Andongsari Kecamatan Ambulu Kabupaten Jember http://ejurnal.uij.ac.id/index.php/kub/article/view/1106 <p><em>Agro-industry is one of the sectors capable of increasing the income of agribusiness actors. The cassava chips business in Gunug Kawi Malang is one of the cassava agro-industries located in Andongsari Village, Ambulu District, Jember Regency. The purpose of this study was to look at internal and external factors in the Gunung Kawi Malang chips business and to see what alternative strategies were suitable for the Gunung Kawi Malang chips business. This study uses the method of Internal Matrix Analysis (IFE) and External Matrix (EFE) to see what factors exist within the company (strengths and weaknesses) or those outside the company (opportunities and threats), Internal External Matrix (IE). how the company works and the SWOT matrix to develop alternative strategies that will be used for the company. From the research results, there are 10 internal factors of the company, while for the external factors of the company there are 10 factors. Jember Regency is the district for the highest broiler production. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the marketing efficiency of broiler chickens (Gallus domesticus) in Sumberjambe District, Jember Regency. This method uses snowball sampling. Jember Regency is one of the districts that has a large amount of horticultural production, especially mushrooms after watermelon, cayenne pepper, long beans, and cabbage. Human resource development in organizations is an integral form of development effort, both concerning human resources as individuals and as a system, as well as organization as a container for human resources to meet the needs of any organization.
