Peningkatan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Sekolah Dasar Melalui Program Time Capsule Monumental

Learning motivation is a crucial factor in students’ academic success, particularly at the elementary school level. However, low intrinsic motivation remains a common issue among upper-grade students. This community service aims to describe the effectiveness of the Time Capsule Monumental program in enhancing learning motivation among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 05 Tanjung Lago. This community service was conducted on 27 fifth-grade students. The results showed an increase in enthusiasm for learning, students' ability to formulate learning goals, courage to express ideals, and active student involvement in learning activities after the program was implemented. The Monumental Time Capsule Program was proven to be able to increase student learning motivation through a reflective and symbolic approach that focuses on the future.
