Pembentukan Karakter Islami Melalui Taman Pendidikan Al Qur an Pada Usia Anak Sekolahdi Dusun Curah Suko Desa Kaliwining Kecamatan Rambipuji Kabupaten Jember Maisyaroh, Dewi Bukhori, Imam Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Nurul Tawwabin merupakan lembaga non formal yang menyelenggarakan program Al-Qur’an dalam upaya pembentukan karakter Islami di Dusun Curah Suko Desa Kaliwining Kecamatan Rambipuji Kabupaten Jember. Masalah Mitra adalah adanya beberapa program pembelajaranIslami yang kurang. Tujuan pengabdian iniuntuk menanamkan karakter Islami pada anak usia sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pengabdian ini terlaksananya program pengajaran bacaan Al-Qur’an secara detail dan mendalam, penghafalan surat-surat di juz Amma dan beberapa surat pilihan (Yaasin dan Al-Waqi’ah),dan menceritakan kisah-kisah Rosulullah. Hambatan saat pelaksanaan program yakni tidak tersedianya kurikulum pembelajaran dan kurangnya dukungan dari orang tua. Basic Leadership Skill Training Remaja Masjid Raudhotut Tholibin As Su’ada’ Kelurahan jember kidul kecamatan Kaliwates kabupaten Jember Qurtubi, Moh. Basic Leadership Skill Training ini akan membekali para peserta arti kepemimpinan dengan belajar dari pengalaman yang lalu, sehinhgga mampu mendengar, bersikap, mampu memfungsikan feedback, mengelola stres yang mungkin timbul di tempat kerja, dan mampu menjalin hubungan dengan atasan atau rekan kerja. Belajar dari pengalaman baik dari diri sendiri maupun dari orang lain adalah cara yang efektif untuk belajar leadership. Peserta akan dibekali dengan teknik spesifik bagaimana menjadikan pengalaman diri sendiri dan pengalaman orang lain dapat dijadikan ‘buku pelajaran’ yang mampu mengubah hidup di masa datang. Metode pelaksanaan Observasi, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pendampingan dan Pelatihan Instruktur Pimpinan Cabang Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatu Ulama (IPNU) Pimpinan Cabang Ikatan Pelajar Putri Nahdlatu Ulama (IPPNU) Kabupaten Jember Di Mima 33 Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Ambulu Hudi, Saman Nur Budiono, Arifin Penngabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan Instruktur Pimpinan Cabang Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama (IPNU) dan Ikatan Pelajar Putri Nahdlatul Ulama (IPPNU) Kabupaten Jember. Secara rinci, masalah Pengabdian ini dititik-beratkan pada materi Pelatihan Instruktur. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode Student Cenral Learning (SCL), dengan kombinasi antara ceramah, diskusi kelompok dan Praktek melatih. Pelatihan ini diberikan agar kader-kader PC IPNU-IPPNU Kabupaten Jember mempunyai ideology yang kuat, menguasai konsep tentang kepelatihan dan menjadi instruktur yang visioner. Adapun materi yang diberikan adalah NU dan Ke-aswaja-an, Sistem Kaderisasi IPNU, Falsafah dan Prinsip Pelatihan, Kefasilitatoran, Psikologi Pelatihan, Metodologi dan Media Pelatihan, Manajemen dan Design Pelatihan, Bermain dan Belajar, Metodode Evaluasi Pelatihan dan Praktek Melatih. Pendampingan dan pelatihan ini dilakukan atas permintaan PC IPNU- IPPNU Kabupaten Jember. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 30 orang dari perwakilan Pengurus Anak Cabang (PAC) IPNU –IPPNU se Kabupaten Jember dan dilaksanakan dalam waktu empat hari (48 Jam), tepatnya mulai tanggal 05 sampai 08 Nopember 2020. Pembentukan Karakter Disiplin Melalui Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Pancasila Kepada Pemuda Karang Taruna di Desa Gebang Kecamatan Patrang Kabupaten Jember Pamungkas, Teguh Karya Hadi, Abdul Pengabdian Masyarakat  ini  di  dahului  dengan  adanya  permasalahan  bahwa “Adakah Pembentukan Karakter Disiplin melalui Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Pancasila Kepada Pemuda Karang Taruna di Desa Gebang Kecamatan Patrang Kab. Jember”. Pancasila merupakan nilai dasar yang sangat fundamental bagi bangsa dan negara Republik Indonesia. Di era globalisasi ini, penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila sangat penting demi terciptanya pembentukan karakter disiplin manusia dalam berorganisasi. Subyek dalam pengabdian ini adalah pemuda karang taruna di Desa Gebang Kecamatan Patrang Kabupaten Jember. Metode kegiatan dan metode penyampaian adalah dengan cara mengadakan pertemuan secara langsung dengan para pemuda Karang Taruna Desa Gebang Kecamatan Patrang Kabupaten Jember untuk memberikan penyuluhan tentang Pembentukan Karakter Disiplin melalui Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Pancasila Kepada Remaja Karang Taruna. Berdasarkan analisis data-data deskriptif hasil kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat sebagaimana telah dikemukakan pada hasil kegiatan Para remaja Karang Taruna Desa Gebang Kecamatan Patrang, Kabupaten Jember sangat apresiatif terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini. Pendampingan Pelatihan Kemampuan Manajerial Melalui Enterpreneurship Pada Generasi Muda Remas Al-Anom Di Desa Karangpring Kecamatan Sukorambi Kabupaten Jember Faisol, Achmad Pemuda sebagai generasi penerus bangsa, pikiran maupun tenaganya sangat diperlukan dalam melaksanakan pembangunan. Oleh karena itu, pemuda diharapkan dapat menyumbangkan pikiran dan tenaga untuk hal-hal yang konstruktif bagi kemajuan bangsa dan negara Indonesia. Menurut Menpora, pemuda merupakan corong masa depan bangsa dimana ditangan pemuda lah harapan untuk menyongsong kehidupan yang lebih baik. Salah satu cara untuk mendorong pemuda kearah positif adalah dengan berperan serta secara aktif dalam organisasi kepemudaan. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara : 1) Ceramah dan Tanya Jawab, 2) Demonstrasi, 3. Pelatihan dan Praktek. Hasil dari pelatihan inipun melebihi ekspektasi dari tim pengabdi, dikarenakan antusiasme peserta yang begitu besar. Pelatihan Entrepreneurship Pengelolaan Ekstrak Jahe Bagi Anggota Muslimat Desa Mumbulsari Jember Jawa Timur Ainul Yaqin, Agus Fauzi, Ahmad Pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia selayaknya dioptimalkan hingga ke pelosok desa. Optimalisasi ini diperlukan untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat khususnya di kawasan pedesaan yang jarang tersentuh pelatihan dan pendampingan. Salah satu kiat untuk pemberdayaan itu adalah dengan pelatihan kewirausahaan atau entrepreneurship bagi anggota Muslimat desa Mumbulsari Jember Jawa Timur. Pelatihan berupa pembuatan ekstrak jahe dan mengemas hingga siap jual. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan cara presentasi, demonstrasi, dialog, dan praktik. Hasil pelatihan sangat menggembirakan. Peserta aktif bertanya dan di sesi praktik peserta mampu membuat ekstrak jahe. Pendampingan Belajar dari Rumah di Dusun Darungan Desa Kemuninglor Kecamatan Arjasa Kabupaten Jember Zainudin, Agus Pendampingan, Belajar, Rumah Bimbel Program pendampingan belajar dari rumah menjadi salah program yang manfaatnya sangatlah bisa dirasakan secara langsung. Program ini dilakukan di Dusun Darungan Desa Kemuninglor Kecamatan Arjasa Kabupaten Jember. Meski demikian, terkadang ada beberapa siswa yang berasal dari luar dusun bergabung dalam program ini karena secara kebetulan adalah kerabat dari teman-temannya. Program ini dilaksanakan di rumah peneliti setiap dua kali dalam seminggu pada malam selasa dan jum’at, terkadang juga dirumah-rumah siswa. Dalam kegiatan ini biasanya anak-anak lebih suka menyodorkan tugas yang diberikan oleh gurunya untuk meminta keterangan yang lebih jelas, jarang sekali yang sebelumnya telah menyiapkan bahan sendiri. Untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih kepada anak-anak, peneliti biasanya membuatkan soal tambahan untuk dikerjakan oleh anak-anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara  observasi,  wawancara,  dan  dokumentasi.  Hasil  pengabdian  ini  terlaksananya  Program pendampingan belajar dari rumah dengan baik dan benar. Hambatan dalam melaksanakan program diantaranya yaitu tidak stabilnya peserta yang hadir, pernah suatu waktu yang hadir hanya satu anak, sehingga membuat dia kurang semangat karena tidak ada temannya. Hambatan lainnya juga kurangnya kondusifitas kegiatan yang disebabkan oleh anak-anak yang suka bergurau dan kurang serius dalam belajar. Pembinaa Program Karantina Quran Dalam Mewujudkan Target Hafalan Al-Quran Santri Ibnu Katsir 2 Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember Hanifiyah, Fitriyatul Hudi, Saman Maisyaroh Munfazah, Linda Karantina Qur’an, Target Hafalan Al-Qur’an Ibnu Katsir merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang lebih memprioritaskan santri-santrinya untuk menghafal Al-Qur’an. Pada lembaga Ibnu Katsir ini terdapat suatu program yang disebut dengan Karantina Qur’an. Program karantina Qur’an ini dalam rangka mewujudkan cita-cita Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Ibnu Katsir 2 untuk menjadikan santri kelas akhir bisa mencapi target yang diharapkan. Adapun masalah mitra adalah program Karantina Qur’an ini masih belum cukup mampu mewujudkan cita-cita tersebut. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mewujudkan target hafalan santri Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Katsir sesuai dengan yang telah ditentukan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil pengabdian ini adalah terlaksananya program Karantina Qur’an secara maksimal dan kondusif serta santri Ibnu Katsir mampu mewujudkan target hafalan Al-Qur’an sesuai dengan ketentuan lembaga. Pelatihan Bertanam Hidroponik dan Organik Untuk Pertanian Masa Depan Kepada Santri dan Siswa SMK Pondok Pesantren Shofa Marwa Arjasa Jember Sri Wahyuni, Endang Purwandhini, Ari Septianingtyas Hydroponics, Organic, Shofa Marwa, Santri and Students The use of the yard is still not done well. Pemberdayaan Anggota Karang Taruna melalui Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Limbah Plastik di Desa Sukoreno Rofi Hidayah, Anis Nurpadilah, Eva pengelolaan sampah, plastik, karang taruna Sampah plastik menjadi masalah dunia dan merupakan penyumbang kerusakan bumi yang paling utama. Kesadaran tentang pentingnya melakukan daur ulang serta upaya mengurangi penggunaan plastic telah gencar digalakkan oleh pemerintah dewasa ini. Akan tetapi pada ruang lingkup yang paling bawah yakni masyarakat desa, sosialisasi tersebut masih minim sekali. Pengabdian ini dilakukan bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran warga Desa Sukoreno yang dalam hal ini anggota karang taruna untuk mengolah sampah plastic alih-alih hanya mengotori lingkungan. Penulis menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah anggota Karang Taruna Desa Sukoreno. Tujuan dari pengbdian ini adalah pemuda desa yang tergabung dalam karang taruna memiliki pengetahuan tentang dampak sampah plastic yang tidak diolah serta memperoleh pengetahuan tentang peluang usaha yang dapat tercipta dari pemanfaatan sampah plastic. Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Bahan Limbah Dapur Dalam Upaya Peningkatan Ketahanan Pangan Keluarga Kepada Ibu-Ibu Dusun Krajan Barat di Desa Candijati Kecamatan Arjasa Kabupaten Jember ., Mawardi Mei Arini, Silvia Fitri Limbah dapur, sayuran, lahan pekarangan, ketahanan pangan. Desa Candijati merupakan salah satu wilayah desa yang penting untuk dikembangkan dikarenakan sumber daya alam di wilayah ini relatif sedikit dan masih belum termanfaatkan dengan baik. Adapun upaya pengembangan potensi desa dapat dilakukan dengan memaksimalkan potensi yang ada di lingkungan sekitar. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan pemanfaatan limbah rumah tangga, dimana salah satunya dapat berasal dari limbah sayuran dapur. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode ceramah dan diskusi. Harapannya pengembangan pengelolaan limbah dapur ini dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi untuk meminimalkan limbah yang dihasilkan oleh rumah tangga untuk dijadikan tanaman baru sehingga keberadaannya dapat mendukung ketahanan pangan serta meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Pendampingan Guru Paud Dalam Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Berbasis digital di Kota Metro Rohmawati, Ari Virantika Wati, Leli Ferteliana Dea, Pembelajaran Berbasis Digital, Guru Paud, Pengembangan Perangkat lunak Pengabdian masyarakat ini berangkat dari realita yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) yang masih terbatas dalam metode face to face basic ceramah atau bermain. Untuk selanjutnya permasalahan ini kemudian memberikan pola yang cenderung saklek pada perkembangan peserta didik yang masih dalam tahap pembentukan psikomotorik. Disamping problem diatas, perkembangan dunia teknologi semakin memberikan tantangan besar untuk mampu memanfaatkan  dunia digital  menjadi  model  pengembangan  metode pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien, hingga peserta didik mampu memanfaatkan beberapa komponen digital menjadi materi yang harus difahami. Pendampingan ini dilakukan dengan metode partisipation action research (PAR) yang melibatkan pendamping berperan aktif secara langsung pada obyek dampingan dengan alat peraga atau praktikum secara langsung. Harapan utama pendampingan ini, para guru PAUD di wilayah Kota Metro mampu memahami dan mengimplementasikan Metode Digital di  seluruh  PAUD  kota  Metro.  Secara  aplikatif  pemdampingan  diharapkan  juga mampu memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan dengan memanfaatkan dunia digital menjadi bahan ajar. Informasi tersebar cukup cepat dengan internet dan berbagai platform media penunjang. Dengan kemudahan ini, tidak semua orang dapat memanfaatkan internet dengan baik. Kebanyakan anak muda menggunakan internet sekadar untuk hiburan. Padahal jika dengan bijak digunakan, akan memberi dampak baik salah satunya sebagai media belajar berwirausaha dan pemasarannya. SMK merupakan sekolah yang mempersiapkan siswanya untuk memiliki skill siap kerja sesuai dengan bidang ilmunya. Tidak sedikit lulusan SMK menjadi pengusaha sukses. Bimbingan al-Quran dengan Metode Tartil bagi Santri Zainudin, Agus Qomariyah, Risalatul Al-Qur'an Education Park is a non-formal education in Sumber Lesung Village, Ledokombo District, Jember Regency. In the TPQ, learning to recite the Qur'an using the tartil method is very important because the tartil method in addition to Allah's commands, is also one of the four types of reading according to qiro'at experts. The place of service is in the al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) at the Al-Baitul Muhibbin mosque in Karang Bireh Hamlet, Sumber Lesung Village, Ledokombo District, Jember Regency, which is determined by the purposive area technique, while in determining the informants using purposive sampling technique. The implementation of al-Qur'an guidance with the Tartil method at the TPQ of the Al-Baitul Muhibbin mosque, Karang Bireh Hamlet, Sumber Lesung Village in general went well. The implementation of guidance is carried out by: (1) Preparing, (2) Implementation, (3) evaluation. The development of the ability to read the Qur'an of students is very good although there are still obstacles such as: they still prefer to play, joke, and the background abilities of those who are different but these obstacles can still find a good solution, for example: providing direction more intense, giving punishments that educate to be more disciplined in following the guidance of the Qur'an. Penerapan Teknik Pirolisis dalam Mengatasi Pencemarahan Sampah Plastik di Desa Mlokorejo Mahmudah, Muhlisatul Naimatul Ulum, Muhammad Nasrul Ulum, Muhammad Suswati, Suswati pengelolahan sampah, Sampah Plastik, pirolisis, Ketergantungan masyarakat dengan penggunaan plastik menimbulkan masalah yang berkelanjutan terkait pengelolahannya. Paradigma yang terbangun di masyarkat khususnya di desa Mlokorejo yaitu sampah plastik dikelola dengan di bakar (Renfile) atau di kubur di dalam tanah. Padahal jika sampah di bakar akan mengakibatkan pencemaran udara dan dapat mengganggu kesehatan. Dan ketika di sampah plastik di kubur akan mempengaruhi unsur hara yang ada di dalam tanah. Dengan tata kelola yang salah atau belum sesuai maka akan menimbulkan masalah baru, maka dari itu kami menawarkan pengelolahan sampah plastik dengan menggunakan teknik pirolisis yang dapat mengkonversi plastik menjadi minyak. Pelatihan pengelolaan Limbah Anorganik dengan Pendampingan Psikologis Bagi Santri di Pondok Pesantren Al qodiri Jember Ilyasi, Ach Hadi, Abdul Mubarok, Hosni pelatihan limbaha anrgonik santri Indonesia menempati ranking kedua di dunia sebagai Negara penghasil sampah plastik yang ada di laut, yaitu 187,2 juta ton. Data dari Asosiasi Industri Plastik  Nasional  (INAPLAS)  dan  Badan  Pusat  Statsitik  (BPS)  menunjukkan bahwa sampah plastik yang dihasilkan di Indonesia mencapai 64 juta tons per tahun. Limbah plastik merupakan Jenis limbah anorganik yang tidak dapat diuraikan begitu saja melainkan butuh pengelolaan khusus. Setiap malam Jum’at legi dipondok pesantren Al-Qodiri yang menjadi mitra sasaran. ini diagendakan rutinan pembacaan Manaqib yang diikuti oleh ratusan bahkan ribuan jama’ah dari beberapa daerah di Indonesia. Sampah merupakan salah satu masalah yang perlu mendapat perhatian yang serius. Limbah plastik menjadi salah satu bagian dari media pembiakan organisme infeksius seperti lalat, tikus, dan kecoa sehingga mendorong penularan infeksi  penyakit.  Plastik  membutuhkan  waktu  sekitar  400  tahun  untuk  dapat terurai. Berdasarkan hasil survei di lapangan, masih banyak sampah plastik yang dapat di jumpai di beberapa titik lokasi yang berada di area pondok pesantren tersebut,  tentu  hal  tersebut  menjadi  pusat  perhatian  tersendiri  bagi  seorang akademisi untuk dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut.Sampah anorganik adalah sampah yang tidak dapat mengalami pembusukan, seperti: botol plastik, tas plastik, kaleng, dan kain. Robusta coffee cultivation in Pace Village is developed to the post-harvest stage. One of the post-harvest activities for robusta coffee developed by the Women Farmers Group (KWT) is product innovation. The purpose of this research is to create an innovative dish soap product made from robusta coffee powder as an output in the service of Real Work Lectures (KKN) in 2022. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Based on the results of the study, the presence of dish soap is the result of an agro-industrial product with a brown color and a slightly thick texture. In addition, many people in Kepanjen Village do not have permanent jobs, which results in uncertain income and uncertain economic conditions for the community. It is hoped that the social assistance program that is currently being promoted by the government can be right on target to people who really need it. Problems that are still often faced by rural communities today are related to social welfare. The condition of underprivileged people is still commonly found in Kepanjen Village. So far, the government has used the Social Welfare Integrated Data (DTKS) published by the Ministry of Social Affairs as a reference in determining who is entitled to the various social assistance protection programs. But often the assistance provided by the government is not on target. Therefore, to support whether the assistance is on target, the local government is assisted by several related parties to verify and validate DTKS. Tobacco is the largest foreign exchange for the country. So for some countries, including Indonesia, it plays a role in the national economy. The central statistics agency. noted that East Java was the province with the largest tobacco plantation area in Indonesia. One of them is the tobacco and pasat tobacco (H8). The purpose of this study was to analyze caterpillar pest on conducting interviews surveys to farmers using purposive sampling method. Where the researcher determines the sampling by establishing special characteristic that are in accordance with the research objectives. The results of the study obtained information that the caterpillar pest is often a constraint on tobacco plants. Meanwhile, there is a shortage of fertilizes and causes prices to skyrocket. If it continuous, this can result in huge losses because the output issued is greater than the input received. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The study was conducted for six months. The location of this study was carried out at the Junior High School in East Java, namely SMP Muhammadiyah 12 Paleran. Data collection procedures, techniques and instruments using observation, interviews and documentation. So it can be concluded that the Teaching Campus in improving literacy, numeracy and technology adaptation has an important and successful role in carrying out its programs assisted by students and the support of the school and students. Pelatihan Public Speaking untuk Membangun Kepercayaan Diri dan Keterampilan Berbicara pada Ibu-Ibu Pengurus Kelompok Pengajian di Kecamatan Sukorambi Jember Dahliah, Dahliah Public speaking, Confidence, Training Public speaking skills or public speaking are very useful in the process of self-development for anyone, especially for someone who does have a role in an organization or group in society. However, many people, including women, feel that they are not even able to speak in public because they lack confidence, do not understand the material, or do not understand how to do it. Therefore, public speaking skills must be cultivated, safe and developed continuously. This became the basis for the implementation of the Community Service Program (PKM), which was attended by 25 women representatives from recitation groups in the Sukorambi Jember. The PKM program is packaged in the form of training with the aim of building confidence in public speaking, understanding the material to be delivered, and being able to apply public speaking techniques. During the training, participants receive basic materials and public speaking techniques and the opportunity to practice directly. Implementation starts from the initial observation stage, orientation, introduction of material, practice, and ends with evaluation. The results of the training were quite good, it was proven that at the end of the meeting, the participants had achieved adequate public speaking skills, increased self-confidence, were able to present material well, and were able to apply public speaking techniques. Pengenalan Budidaya Jamur Janggel Kepada Masyarakat Desa Mojomulyo Kecamatan Puger Kabupaten Jember Mei Arini, Silvia Fitri Rembulan, Rembulan Sap’aina, Sap’aina Yahya, Dina Majuba Qomariyah, Indah Rifatul limbah, jenggel jagung, budidaya, potensi, Desa Mojomulyo merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Puger Kabupaten Jember. Desa Mojomulyo terdiri dari dua dusun yaitu Dusun Krajan dan Dusun Kalimalang. Mayoritas mata pencaharian masyarakat kedua dusun tersebut adalah petani jagung. Salah satu permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat Dusun Krajan adalah kurangnya kreatifitas pemanfaatan limbah janggel jagung. Masyarakat Dusun Krajan kurang menyadari adanya potensi usaha baru yang ada di Dusun Krajan. Adapun upaya pengembangan potensi desa dapat dilakukan dengan memaksimalkan potensi yang ada dilingkungan sekitar. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan budidaya jamur janggel. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dan praktek. Harapannya dengan melakukan kegiatan budidaya jamur janggel dapat mengurangi limbah janggel jagung dan menambah pendapatan masyarakat. According to Habilis Indonesia, a foundation engaged in the rehabilitation of drug addicts in Jember, during the last three months until February 2021, there have been 55 cases. Jember is said to be the center of drug trafficking in the Tapal Kuda area. The purpose of the Anti-Drug Student Movement Educational activity at MTs Darul Huda, Bagorejo Village, Jember Regency, is to increase students' knowledge from a young age about the dangers of drug abuse. Data collection was carried out through observing the enthusiasm of students in participating in activities, besides carrying out a post-activity question and answer session. This activity was held for all students in grades VII, VIII and IX at MTs Darul Huda, Bagorejo Village, Jember Regency. Furthermore, the results show that the enthusiasm of students in participating in these socialization activities is very high, in theory they already know Narcotics in general and additional information to find out the latest types of Narcotics discoveries. Pelatihan Video Jurnalistik Mahasiswa UIN Khas dalam Membangun Jiwa Jurnalis di Era Digital Media Ainul Yaqin M.S, Agus Video jurnalistik perlu ditumbuh kembangkan di generasi Y,Z, dan Alpha. Tujuannya untuk menimbun sampah-sampah digital. Jika konten-konten menarik dan bermanfaat semakin banyak terdistribusi di dunia maya, maka bisa menjadi salah satu solusi untuk menimbun sampah-sampah digital. Hal ini juga menjadi kebiasaan baik untuk generasi saat ini agar selalu berkarya membuat video jurnalistik. Pelatihan video jurnalistik menjadi penting agar banyak generasi muda saat ini memahami cara membuat karya video jurnalisitk. Kali ini sasarannya adalah mahasiswa dari berbagai fakultas di UIN Khas Jember Jawa Timur. Metodenya adalah dengan menerapkan fungsi manajemen Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controling (POAC). Materi dipersiapkan dengan baik terutama disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta. Karena ini pelatihan video jurnalistik, maka porsinya menyiapkan materi-materi video jurnalistik. Hasil pelatihan di luar dugaan, karena peserta mampu menerapkan teori yang mereka terima dan berani mencoba stand up atau berbicara di depan kamera layaknya reporter professional. Meningkatkan Resiliensi keluarga dengan Leprosi melalui Mitigasi dan Adaptasi terhadap Wabah Covid Novita Irawati, Tri Nurbudiono, Arifin Rahman, Syaifur This activity aims to improve the quality of life of families who have had leprosy through adaptation and mitigation of the covid 19 outbreak. It was carried out by PerMaTa management in East Java Province which focused on 7 districts/cities, namely; Surabaya, Lamongan, Jember, Mojokerto, Blitar, Kediri and Ngawi. This activity is carried out through several stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. In real terms, this activity takes the form of: (1) Economic Empowerment and Supervision in the form of capital assistance (2) Providing self-care materials in the form of providing self-care materials as an effort to prevent transmission of covid 19 (3) Providing school materials to children of persons affected by leprosy, activities this helps to ease the burden on parents of students in meeting the needs of school supplies and (4) Food Aid in the form of activities providing food assistance. The distribution of aid had problems because there was a policy of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) on both the micro and macro scale, making the implementation of activities unable to run according to the timeline, but all programs were implemented properly and received a positive response from the community. Edukasi Siswa MI Nahdlatul Wathon Terhadap Pentingnya 6 Langkah Mencuci Tangan dengan Sabun ., Irfiah Lailatul Vitriyah, Nurul Rofi Hidayah, Anis Lutfi ah, Hikmatul Wulan, Werdining Kata Kunci: Pola Hidup Sehat, Langkah Cuci Tangan, Sekolah Dasar Nahdlatul Wathon Kecamatan Sumberbaru Kabupaten Jember merupakan sekolah sasaran kegiatan Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 5 yang telah memiliki fasilitas layanan kesehatan dan kebersihan yang cukup mendukung untuk menunjang pola hidup sehat para siswanya. Namun demikian,hampir disetiap kehadiran pada kegiatan pembelajaran terdapat siswa yang absen dan ijin sakit mengobservasi terdapat banyak siswa yang rentan sakit dan memiliki sakit kulit pada tangan yang menular. Dengan latar belakang empiris tersebut penguatan Pola Hidup Sehat dan Bersih melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat menjadi sebuah upaya dalam mengenalkan pola hidup sehat melalui sekolah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu evaluasi terkait pengetahuan siswa untuk 6 langkah cuci tangan dengan sabun, melihat kebersihan tangan pada setipa siswa, penjelasan terkait dampak tidak mencuci tangan terhadap siswa, pelaksaan praktik 6 langkah mencuci tangan, terakhir yaitu mengevaluasi kembali terkait pemahaman siswa terhadapa 6 langkah mencuci tangan. Tolak ukur dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di MI yaitu semua siswa dapat mempraktikkan 6 langkah mencuci tangan sesuai dari WHO. Salah satunya adalah produk UMKM yang berupa Keripik Singkong. Keterampilan dalam menguasai ketrampilan pengemasan dan pelabelan yang berbasis smart labeling yang berorientasi konsep kekinian sangat penting diberikan  bagi  para  pelaku usaha  UMKM  utamanya  yang  berada  di Kecamatan  Jombang. Adapun objek penelitian yang digunakan ialah UMKM kerupuk singkong yang berada di Dusun Krajan 1 Desa Jombang Kecamatan Jombang Kabupaten Jember. Metode yang diaplikasikan pada pengabdian ini adalah sustainable livelihood dimana implementasi metode ini digunakan salah   satunya   untuk   menyelesaikan   masalah   keterkejutan   pendapatan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa adanya bantuan pelatihan smart labeling dapat meningkatkan motivasi bagi mitra untuk melaksanakan pemasaran terhadap produknya supaya omsetnya meningkat. Eco Enzyme Hasil Pengolahan Sampah Sayuran dan Buah-buahan Sebagai Produk Serbaguna Ismail, Habib Arsya, Mufid Sugiarto, Sugiarto Rifai, Danu Ahmad Rahmawati, Rita Eco Enzyme, Sampah Organik, Ramah Lingkungan, Pembersih Multiguna Sampah organik seperti sisa sayuran dan buah-buahan merupakan sampah rumah tangga yang hampir 60% dibuang pada Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) yang diolah dengan sistem open dumping. Kontribusi TPA dari sistem open dumping menyebabkan sebesar 3-4 % dihasilkan emisi Gas Rumah Kaca (GRK) global. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan produk eco enzyme dengan teknologi fermentasi sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai produk harian rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam pendampingan eco enzyme hasil pengolahan sampah sayuran dan buah-buahan sebagai produk serbaguna ini adalah menggunakan metode dalam Parcipatory Actiont Research (PAR). Metode ini dilakukan secara langsung kepada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Desa Buana Sakti dan pendamping juga secara aktif mengikuti dan mempraktekkan Metode ini kepada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Desa Buana Sakti. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini bertambahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam mengolah sampah sayuran dan buah-buahan menjadi produk eco enzyme. Mitra telah memanfaatkan eco enzyme sebagai cairan pembersih seperti pembersihan lantai, kaca, kamar mandi, dan badan-badan air di rumah tangga sehingga dapat menekan penggunaan cairan pembersih komersial dan pengeluaran keluarga. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa produk eco enzyme dapat digunakan sebagai cairan pembersih multifungsi bagi masyarakat. Efektifitas Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Dengan Direct Method di MTs At-Taqwa Kecamatan Ledokombo Jember Hanifiyah, Fitriyatul Dwi Febriyanti, Beby Cristi Crismono, Prima Reni Pitasasri, Mely Agustin One of the formal educational institutions is Madrasah Tsanawiyah which is based on Islamic values ​​at junior high school level. Madrasah Tsanawiyah At-Taqwa is located in Suren village, Ledokombo subdistrict, Jember Regency, which is a partner problem, namely poor learning effectiveness and lack of support for the desired learning process. The aim of this service is to apply a learning method, namely the Direct Method, to improve effective student learning. Observation, interviews and documentation are data collection techniques carried out in this service. The result of this service is the application of the Direct Method in the student learning process, namely by directly practicing vocabulary in Arabic and conversations using Arabic at the At-Taqwa Tsanawiyah Madrasah, Suren village, Ledokombo subdistrict, Jember. For the inhibiting factor in implementing this method is the lack of vocabulary which is not yet mastered by many Madrasah Tsanawiyah At-Taqwa students. One solution to minimize these obstacles is by providing learning media, especially in the language sector. Peningkatan Kemampuan Santri TPQ Abdul Qadir Ponorogo melalui Pengenalan Tajwid dengan Metode Sorogan Setyowati, Endah Nurfaidah, Eva ., Lailatul Binti Latifah, Rhisma Pengenalan Tajwid Metode Sorogan TPQ Abdul Qodir Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan santri TPQ Abdul Qadir di Desa Duri, Slahung, Ponorogo, dalam mempelajari tajwid. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan Asset Based Community-driven Development (ABCD). Melalui pendekatan ABCD ini, tim pengabdian memberikan kegiatan pengenalan dan pembelajaran terhadap santri TPQ Abdul Qadir dengan metode sorogan. Metode sorogan ini menerapkan sistem belajar dimana setiap santri maju satu per satu untuk membaca dan menguraikan isi kitab di hadapan seorang guru. Pada TPQ Abdul Qadir ini dibagi menjadi tiga jenjang yaitu jenjang iqro’ 1-3 yang berfokus pada pengenalan huruf hijaiah dan persiapan pengenalan tajwid, lalu jenjang iqro’ 4-6 yakni pengenalan tajwid untuk para santri, dan jenjang Al-Qur’an yang berfokus pada pengenalan tajwid lanjutan melalui pengoreksian dari tim pengabdian terhadap bacaan yang disetorkan oleh para santri. Hasil dari penggunaan metode sorogan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan santri dalam membaca Al-Qur'an menunjukkan adanya peningkatan, dimana mereka menguasai bacaan sesuai dengan tajwidnya dan mengetahui bagaimana cara membaca Al-Qur'an dengan baik dan benar. Fasilitasi Lokakarya Asesmen dan Pembelajaran dalam Kurikulum Merdeka Nur Budiono, Arifin Kinanthy Karamoy, Yurike Ernawati, Sitti asesmen, awal pembelajaran, pembelajaran terdiferensiasi Pada kurikulum merdeka kebutuhan dan karakteristik yang unik dari peserta didik menjadi titik sentral dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan disain pembelajaran yang dapat mengakomodasi keunikan tersebut. Pembelajaran yang mampu menampung kebutuhan tersebut adalah pembelajaran terdiferensiasi. Agar pembelajaran dapat optimal diperlukan asesmen awal pembelajaran yang tepat. Kegiatan lokakarya ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan bagi pendidik untuk merancang pembelajaran dan melaksanakan asesmen awal pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 10 kepala sekolah, 20 guru kelas dan 3 pengawas dari satuan pendidikan jenjang sekolah dasar. Hasil kegiatan ini terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam merancang pembelajaran terdiferensiasi dan penyelenggaraan asesmen awal pembelajaran. Deteksi Dini Anemia dengan Pemeriksaan Haemoglobin (Hb) Pada Remaja Putri di Pondok Pesantren Maqna ul Ulum Jember Kurniawati, Rita Sri Rakhmawati, Dewi Anam, Khoirul Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood,  marked by physical, psychological and psychosocial changes (Dieny, 2014). According to Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2018, the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls was 32%. Fulfilling nutritional needs during adolescence would maximize the reproductive organs function which will lead to a better conception result. This community service was carried out in December 2022 at the Maqnaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Jember. This community service was carried out because of the anemia cases in teenagers is quite high. The method used in community service is examining Hb (Haemoglobin) levels in every young woman in Islamic boarding schools. The examination results of the hemoglobin levels female students showed that 10 female students had anemia, 31 female students did not have anemia. Penyuluhan Stunting Pada Ibu Program Keluarga Harapan Dusun Karang Semanding, Desa Sukorejo, Kecamatan Bangsalsari, Kabupaten Jember Septianingtyas, Ari Zuniana, Qory Hawa, Tidar Aden Pudjiastutik, Endang Wahyu Hadi, Abdul Fauzi, Ahmad stunting, public, health In Indonesia, stunting is also an urgent public health problem. This study identified several main factors that contribute to stunting, such as family income, exclusive breastfeeding practices, parental education, nutritional knowledge, food access, and complementary feeding practices. Awareness and appropriate action from the community is very important in preventing stunting. The aim of the implementation activities in Karang Semanding Hamlet, Sukorejo Village, Bangsalsari District, Jember Regency is to overcome the problem of stunting by providing counseling and assistance to pregnant women and toddlers who are members of the Family Hope Program (PKH). The training was attended by 25 PKH members. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in members' knowledge about stunting and stunting prevention, who initially did not understand, now they understood. It is hoped that future activities can apply stunting prevention methods to improve health and reduce stunting rates. Therefore, it is hoped that education and counseling about stunting will be key in efforts to overcome this problem and improve the quality of life for children in the future. Candijati adalah wilayah pedesaan yang tercakup dalam Kecamatan Arjasa. Mata pencaharian penduduk juga beragam. Ada beberapa home industry tempe yang juga dikembangkan oleh penduduk sekitar. Banyaknya limbah home industry tempe masih belum termanfaatkan dengan baik, dan biasanya limbah dari home industry dibuang begitu saja atau dimanfaatkan untuk minuman ternak. Solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi potensi limbah home industry terhadap lingkungan sekitar yaitu dengan pembuatan MOL berbahan dasar limbah rebusan tempe. Langkah yang digunakan yaitu metode ceramah dan diskusi. Tujuan pengolahan sisa hasil home industry tempe dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi untuk meminimalkan potensi limbah yang dihasilkan supaya lebih bermanfaat untuk dijadikan pupuk atau nutrisi tanaman yang ramah lingkungan. Nahdlatul Wathon Elementary School is a private elementary school in the Sumberbaru area, Jember Regency which has the habit of eating lunch together with provisions from each home. From routine learning activities, it is known that the habit pattern that is instilled from the family, especially from the role of mother and family, is that healthy and nutritious food is expensive food. Children's understanding of balanced nutrition has an impact on attitudes and behavior in selecting and providing food ingredients and on children's appetite, so providing education to students about the components of balanced nutrition and providing an understanding that nutritious food is not expensive food is a solution to nutritional problems through activities community service through Balanced Nutrition Education activities using the fill my plate method at Nahdlatul Wathan Elementary School. Balanced nutrition education activities are carried out at the stage of brainstorming by asking questions about what food they consume every day. Then ask about their favorite food. The activity then continues by showing a video of the children's song "My Plate". After observing the video of the contents of my plate, students were invited to sing together. At the end of the activity, share pictures of plates and various side dishes and then ask students to arrange balanced nutrition according to what they understand. The Reduce, Reuse, dan Recycle (3R) sebagai Solusi terhadap Bahaya Banjir di Sekitas TPSS Kaliwates Hikamah, Siti Roudlotul ., Sumiati Agustin, Renita Maulana, Ilham Rozikin, Moch. Khoirur Economical, reuse, reduse, recycle, waste. Indonesia faces various problems, including those related to waste management. Large amounts of waste have a negative impact on environmental health. Kaliwates Subdistrict has problems related to waste, because residents in this area are still not able to manage waste properly. They still like to throw garbage around the river, even though there is a waste processing site. The service is carried out using the ABCD method. Efforts are being made to minimize the amount of waste by implementing reuse, reduce, and recycle (3R). This service activity can increase public knowledge and awareness to reduce the accumulation of waste, namely through the habit of reusing used bottles, reducing the use of plastic by shopping with bags or baskets from home. In this activity, the community followed and participated enthusiastically so that they began to be aware of implementing 3R in their homes and creating an environment around the river with minimal waste, and creating a healthy environment, and waste having economic value. This community service method uses an outreach method to partners, namely at SDN Cakru 04, Kencong Jombang District, regarding bullying prevention through several stages. These included a survey of the location of service partners, outreach to students, the Teacher Council and student guardians and the program approach, then this activity was assisted by campus students teaching 6 MBKM Dikti 2023 programs located at SDN 04 Cakru, Kencong District, Jember Regency, totaling 5 students. The task of students is to provide outreach to students and parents regarding bullying prevention. This activity will be carried out for 4 months starting from 4 August 2023 to 4 December 2023. Community service activities include; first, building an Anti-Bullying Culture paradigm in Islam. In Jember Regency, the rate of violence against women is still quite high and various efforts are needed to prevent and reduce the occurrence of new violence. One effort to reduce and prevent violence against women is to provide training for paralegals and counselors who are expected to be able to provide advocacy to victims and provide education to the general public. The training method used is a presentation followed by discussion to answer various problems faced by the participants. Overall, it can be concluded that paralegal and counselor training activities for women across ethnicities, tribes and students are running smoothly without significant obstacles. However, training activities are still considered inadequate if they are only carried out once, this is because cases that occur in society experience the development of different forms and modus operandi so that paralegals and counselors need partners to share new experiences and knowledge. Rekomendasi Pemenuhan Gizi Ibu Hamil dengan Kekurangan Energi Kronik dan Penyuluhan Pemberian Asi Eksklusif Jember Sri Kurniawati, Rita Rakhmawati, Dewi Anam, Khoirul Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED); Exclusive breastfeeding One of the problems contributing to 40% of maternal deaths in developing countries is Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED). Mothers who are at risk of CED will cause several problems for both the mother and fetus. The result of Riskesdas (2018) shows that the prevalence of CED in Indonesia is 17.3%, apart from nutritional problems and nutritional disorders that often occur in pregnant women, nutritional fulfillment for babies is crucial. According to the Ministry of Health in 2019, 65% of babies did not receive exclusive breast milk during the first 6 months of birth. This number is still far from the target of exclusive breastfeeding coverage in 2019 set by WHO and the Ministry of Health, namely 50%. This community service was carried out in March 2024 in Rambigundam Village, Rambipuji, Jember. This service was carried out because there were 3 pregnant women with CED and the low fulfilling rates for exclusive breastfeeding for babies in Rambigundam Village. The methods used in this community service are providing counseling and providing additional food to pregnant women and mothers with babies, as well as conducting evaluations. The evaluation results showed that there was an increase in body weight in the three pregnant women with Chronic Energy Deficiency and the evaluation of exclusive breastfeeding monitoring showed that the frequency of breastfeeding increased and the usages of formula milks were decreased. Pendampingan Refleksi Lokakarya PBD dan Disiplin Positif di SMP Kabupaten Banyuwangi Sudiarti, Diah Bukhori, Imam Nurjanah, Umi Pamungkas, Teguh Karya reflection; data based planning; positive discipline The vision of Indonesia education is to create an advanced Indonesia that is sovereign, independent and has personality through the creation of Pancasila Student. The Driving School Program (PSP) aims to encourage the educational transformation process to increase student learning outcome holistically to realize the Pancasila Student Profile. At the school level, human resource competency is increased through training and mentoring. Accompanying the Data Based Planning (DBP) workshop reflection and positive discipline aims to analyze all workshop activities so that improvements can be made. The reflection was carried out online via Google Meet on January 27 2024. The reflection was attended by 22 participants, namely 4 Supervisor, 6 Principals and 12 PKPs. The result of this activity was the implementation of Positive Discipline instruction by SMP Negeri 1 Kabat, SMP Lazuardi Tursina and SMP Negeri 2 Srono. Internal monitoring has been implemented by all participating school, namely 6 schools. The application of positive discipline is carried out by creating class beliefs that can help students increase self-awareness and motivate students to develop their potential optimally. Positive discipline is also implemented without punishment and rewards. Salah satu aspek yang sangat penting dan menonjol di desa Prekbun adalah pertanian dalam pengembangan dan pembuatan Pupuk organik adalah tujuan utama untuk mensejahterakan kemakmuran petani di desanya. Pupuk organik merupakan  yang digunakan oleh kelompok tani untuk mendapatkan bahan-bahan yang mudah didapat. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata yang dilakukan kelompok KKN 9 Desa Prekbun karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemanfatan urine sapi di Desa Prekbun dalam pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari program Kuliah Kerja Nyata ini adalah memberikan pendampingan kepada kelompok tani desa Prekbun terkait pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair dan tata cara pembuatan melalui edukasi sosialisasi dari pemateri yang kita undang dari salah satu dosen pertanian yang mumpuni dibidangnya. Metode yang digunakan terdapat 3 tahapan, yaitu observasi atau survei, penyuluhan atau sosialisasi terkait Pupuk Organik Cair (POC), dan pelaksanaan pendampingan dan pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC). Remaja Sehat, Cantik dan Cerdas tanpa Anemia di Desa Glagahwero Ekowati, Dyah Anemia; Adolescent girls; Prevention One of the nutritional problems that is still unsolved in the community is anemia.  Anemia is a condition of lack of hb levels in red blood cells or erythrocytes. Anemia can occur in a person both at the age of children, adolescents, adults and the elderly (Ministry of Health RI, 2022). According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the prevalence of anemia in the world ranges from 40-88% and the incidence of anemia in young women in developing countries is around 53.7% (Kaimudin, et al., 2017). Based on Riskesdas (2018), the incidence of anemia in young women reaches 32%. This community service was carried out by conducting Haemoglobin (Hb) examinations on 57 young women in Glagahwero Kalisat Village, Jember Regency. Based on the results of examination from 57 young women, 14 adolescents were found to have anemia with hb levels ranging from 10.8-11.4 g / dL. Almost all young women, 55 young women (97%) have received blood-boosting tablets at school while 4 girls (3%) have never received them. All of the young women (100%) had taken blood-boosting tablets. Prevention and treatment of the incidence of anemia in young women is expected to break the chain of anemia in the women's life cycle in the future. One goal set in relation to sustainable development (SDG) is stunting. Posyandu in Karangsono Village are actively held evenly throughout the village. However, in Karangsono Village, especially in Karang Keting Hamlet, there are still cases of stunting. Therefore, the Jember Islamic University Service Team held outreach with the aim of educating the community to increase knowledge about stunting related to parenting patterns and meeting children's nutritional needs at Posyandu Mangga 136 Karang Keting Hamlet. The activity to deliver material on preventing stunting was carried out on August 5, 2023, attended by 30 participants consisting of pregnant women, mothers with children under five and mothers of childbearing age. Mothers' knowledge about nutritional adequacy from the womb to the first 1000 days of life is very important. With the right knowledge, mothers can also prevent stunting in children. However, many people consider nutritious food to be synonymous with expensive prices. Even though nutritious food sources can be obtained easily and can be cultivated independently or together. Fulfilling nutrition for children and toddlers to avoid stunting is the obligation of all family members, not just the mother's duty. For this reason, further outreach is needed to other family members so that they always become a support system for mothers and children so that they can avoid stunting. The problems faced by partners in this program are related to the manual process of chopping onion waste, weak production management, finance and marketing which have not been managed well. This method of implementing entrepreneurship-based empowerment uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which is carried out starting from the socialization stage at the beginning of community service activities, in the form of providing information to partners/community about community service activities to be carried out, activity objectives, stages of activity implementation, and activity implementation schedules based on agreement between the proposing team and partners, the next stage is training and mentoring and evaluation of activities. The results of the activity showed an increase in partners' knowledge regarding production management, finance and digital marketing as well as understanding the use of machines in production before and after the training. The aim of the activity is to maximize the role of yard land in cultivating plants, especially to produce healthy (organic) vegetables. The method used uses lecture and discussion methods. The results of the activity are community understanding of the importance of managing yard land so that it can become a source of nutritional fulfillment for families in an effort to create healthy vegetables free of chemical pesticides. So that similar activities can continue to be developed and utilized by the community to minimize the use of chemical pesticides in plant cultivation activities. Cadres play  an important role in realizing education as providers of information regarding nutritious food, so that cadres' knowledge is very necessary in changing the nutritional awareness behavior of adolescents of reproductive age, pregnant and postpartum women, which was initially low to higher, so that in the end it will improve nutritious food consumption patterns. The aim of conducting research on cadres at clinic Sarfina Br Sembiring to determine the level of knowledge of cadres in preventing CED. The method used in providing cadre assistance counseling is the lecture method which is a way of explaining and explaining an idea, understanding or message verbally to the target group. The evaluation was carried out by measuring the level of knowledge of cadres through pretest and post test questionnaires regarding knowledge of CED prevention and the benefits of peanut honey to reduce CED and stunting. Based on the results of the outreach activities carried out, results were obtained in increasing knowledge of CED prevention among cadres at PMB Sarfina Br Sembiring. This is proven by the results of the questionnaire increasing cadres' knowledge from the pre-test results which showed that 73.33% of cadres answered questions correctly, then after counseling this increased to 90%. And the results obtained apart from increasing knowledge of cadre attitudes also increased from the pre-test results which showed that 63.33% of cadres answered questions correctly, then after counseling this increased to 80%. Meningkatkan Kapabilitas Financial UMKM Melalui Rancangan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan di Kecamatan Sidayu Bintan Fitriyah, Duta Albar, Kholid Arifiansyah, Farhadi Improvement of Financial Capability; Financial Design and Management; MSMEs This service aims to evaluate efforts to improve the financial capability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sidayu District through interventions in drafting and good financial management. The service method used is training and mentoring for 1 month to 35 MSME players in the area. The results of the service showed that there was a significant increase in the ability of MSME financial bookkeeping, from 35% before the program to 78% after the program. In addition, the proportion of MSMEs that have a written financial plan also increased from 22% to 63%. Another interesting phenomenon is the increase in MSME access to formal capital sources, from 28% before the program to 54% after the program. These findings indicate that financial design and management interventions can improve the financial capability of MSMEs, which in turn promotes financial inclusion at the micro enterprise level. Awareness of the cadres is still low. So the current knowledge, especially the problems of the elderly, is still not updated while the development of science continues to advance, thus making the service of cadres ineffective in the implementation of posyandu activities. Kader Posyandu should create a digital health promotion model like social media. Kader should combine social media with health communication and health promotion plans. There are many interesting online applications for editing content for health promotion, but cadres need to develop their ability to make full use of them. The method used in this digital-based health promotion media planning training is by dividing it into three stages, namely the preparatory stage, the implementation stage, and the post-implementation stage of evaluation and reporting. The event is a community service program held at RW 09 Kelurahan Jebres in July 2024. The result of these training activities is the increased knowledge of senior cadres to design health promotion media (66.7%), while the skills of most cadres are still under-skilled. Penggunaan E-Commerce dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Penjualan Produk UMKM Kerajinan Kulit Kerang Mutiara Palembang, Citra Fathia Permatasari Palembang, Septianti Papilaya, Fioletta Internet Digital Technology E-commerce MSMEs Nowadays, in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, the internet and digital technology have become basic necessities in facilitating people's activities in daily life such as going to school, working, selling, doing business and running a business. The increasing number of internet users in society provides opportunities for MSMEs to carry out their business activities and develop them more widely. Pearl Shell Craft MSME Raden Abdoellah is one of the MSMEs operating in the creative industry sector in Ambon City. The products produced are arts and crafts products such as displays/decorations, jewelry, etc. which are made from pearl shells. Products made apart from relying on orders from customers who come directly to buy at the production site, are only sold to shops/outlets of MSME partners located around the production site. The lack of information and insight regarding the use of e-commerce platforms also means that Raden Abdoellah MSME players are still limited in marketing their products. PkM activities at the Raden Abdoellah Pearl Shell Craft UMKM aim to provide information, insight and knowledge regarding the use of e-commerce to increase product sales capacity. PkM is implemented using lecture and mentoring methods in implementing one of the e-commerce platforms, namely Shopee, for MSME players. After implementing PkM activities, it is hoped that Raden Abdoellah MSME players can increase their knowledge and skills in marketing products online. Penerapan Terapi Non Konvensional Moringa Oleifera Sebagai Peningkatan Produksi ASI di Praktek Mandiri Bidan Deby Kota Medan Simamora, Lasria Beru Sembiring, Mediana Cyntia Yun, Deby Metawati Panjaitan, Polma Ria Damayanti Sipayung, Ika Moringa Oleifera; Juice; Breast Milk Pemberian ASI eksklusif merupakan salah satu intervensi kesehatan yang paling efektif dalam mencapai Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan. Tujuan SDGs nomor 2 dan 3 yaitu mengatasi kelaparan, masalah kesehatan dan kesejahteraan. Salah satu tantangan dalam mencapai pemberian ASI eksklusif adalah maraknya promosi produk perangsang ASI yang sangat mudah diperoleh yang keaslian dan komposisinya belum tentu aman bagi kesehatan. Bidan sebagai tenaga kesehatan perlu melakukan inovasi yang dapat mengurangi masalah laktasi dengan cara meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI yang dapat dilakukan di fasilitas kesehatan seperti Bidan Praktik Mandiri. Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi, dimana sebelum dilakukan edukasi dilakukan pretest kemudian posttest. Kegiatan dilakukan di rumah peserta mengingat keterbatasan ibu nifas yang tidak dapat berkumpul bersama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan tentang manfaat buah Moringa Oleifera dan juga cara mengolahnya dalam bentuk jus sebelum dan sesudah edukasi. Dimana sebelum edukasi mayoritas peserta memiliki pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 12 orang (80%), setelah edukasi mayoritas peserta memiliki pengetahuan baik sebanyak 9 orang (60%). The primary issue is the lack of teacher preparedness to implement differentiated learning models in English lessons. Teachers often lack confidence in their ability to design engaging and relevant learning scenarios for students with diverse characteristics. Additionally, there is a tendency among teachers to assess student skills and readiness uniformly, leading to suboptimal delivery of varied activities, materials, and resources that cater to individual learning styles and preferences. To address these challenges, a workshop was organized to enhance teachers' understanding and skills in differentiated English learning. The workshop aimed at improving the pedagogical competence of vocational high school English teachers in Yogyakarta was conducted between May and June 2024, both online and offline. The program included practical experience-sharing sessions, offline workshops, and online mentoring to review teaching modules created by 49 vocational high school teachers. These modules were based on differentiated learning principles tailored to vocational education. The teachers provided positive feedback on the workshop, indicating that they found the facilities and presentation of the material highly beneficial. The success of this workshop, centered on differentiated learning, underscores its impact on enhancing the pedagogical skills of vocational high school English teachers. Peningkatan Daya Saing Usaha Melalui Pengembangan Produk Olahan Pada UMKM Kopi Danci Nugraha, Alifian Nurhasanah, Siti Hasanah, Siti Uswatun Rhofiah, Bela Maulidahtul Candlenut; Product; Coffee The Danci Coffee UMKM, which was established in 2018 in Danci Hamlet, Kemiri Village, Jember Regency, faces challenges in increasing the added value and competitiveness of its products. Although it has its own coffee plantation and markets its products abroad, this UMKM only produces coffee beans and coffee powder, without diversifying processed products that can open up new market opportunities. This community service activity aims to develop processed coffee products in the form of coffee opak, with the aim of increasing the knowledge and skills of UMKM actors in innovative coffee processing techniques and effective marketing strategies. Community service methods include observation, socialization, product development training, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of this activity show that training and development of processed coffee products can improve the ability of UMKM actors to produce more valuable and competitive products. In conclusion, the development of processed products such as coffee opak not only increases product variety but also expands the market and improves the welfare of the local community. These results show the importance of product innovation in supporting poverty and the growth of UMKM in the agricultural sector, especially coffee. Pelatihan Penggunaan ChatGPT berbasis Kerangka Literasi AI untuk Meningkatkan Integritas Akademik Mahasiswa Syairofi, Ahmad AI Literacy Framework; ChatGPT; Academic Integrity; Although ChatGPT can provide rapid feedback and lead to a transformation of teaching and learning, its use raises pressing ethical dilemmas for its users. To overcome this issue, the AI literacy of users needs to be increased to face educational challenges due to the use of this technology in the field of education. Therefore, this service aims to increase awareness of AI literacy and students' academic integrity in utilizing this technology. Adopting an AI Literacy Framework from an empirical study, an instructional design was developed to help students understand the advantages and disadvantages of ChatGPT, use ChatGPT for educational purposes, create commands appropriate to learning objectives, evaluate the material produced by the tool, and learn the ethics of using the information generated. This service program was based on community development using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) method in the training process and was attended by 10 students from the English Education Study Program at the University of Al-Falah As-Sunniyah Kencong Jember. Through the application of the instructional design, students were facilitated to enhance their AI literacy awareness while increasing their academic integrity. Through digitalization, human activities become easier and more practical, one of which is in increasing MSME income. This community service research has the following objectives: 1) Providing an understanding to the MSME community about the steps to register in Google Maps Business and the use of QRIS (QR Code Indonesian Standard) as a means of digitalizing increasing MSME income; 2) Carrying out assistance in the creation of Google Maps Business and QRIS MSME in Tempurejo Village as a medium for MSME digitalization; 3) Providing education to the MSME community in Tempurejo Village that digitalization can increase income, in line with the increasing insight of the MSME community regarding digital business. The community service research uses the ABCD (Asset Based Community Driven) method as its analysis tool. This village utilizes local wisdom in the agricultural sector to develop Mocaf Flour MSMEs. To increase competitiveness, sales results, and market share, empowerment and development of cassava flour-based products are very important. The Community Service (PkM) Team of Djuanda University applied observation, interview, socialization, and implementation methods to introduce derivative products such as Mocaf Noodles and Mocaf Cookies. The results showed a significant increase in brand awareness through social media and e-commerce, as well as an increase in sales with positive reviews from consumers. This program succeeded in introducing product innovation, expanding market access, and strengthening the brand identity of Mocaf Flour MSMEs, which are expected to survive and develop in the long term through the application of technology and digital marketing strategies. Pelatihan Manajemen Keuangan Kepada Para Bendahara Serikat Pekerja di Kota Batam Prasetyo, Ary Purwana Sari, Asih Suratman, Suratman Rina, Rina Hanico, Andri Afrinanda, Afrinanda Hazriyanto, Hazriyanto Financial Management; Trade Unions; Batam City; LEM SPSI; Abstract The financial management of the trade union in the context of organizational development is carried out independently, therefore it is necessary to understand good and correct financial management so that there is no misuse of the budget. Not many trade unions in Batam City have carried out good financial management. The implementation of this community service was carried out at Golden Prown, Bengkong, Batam City. The number of participants was the treasurers of the Management Unit of the Metal Electronic Workers Union of the All Indonesia Workers Union (PUK SP LEM SPSI) in Batam City, totaling 30 people. The method of implementing this community service was in the form of training on financial management of trade union organizations. The conclusion of this community service was that 97% of participants understood the material on financial management of the Workers Union. Abstrak Pengelolaan keuangan serikat pekerja dalam rangka pengembangan organisasi dilakukan secara mandiri oleh karena itu perlu memahami pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dan benar sehingga tidak terjadi penyalahgunaan anggaran. Serikat pekerja di kota Batam belum banyak yang melakukan menajemen keuangan dengan baik.  Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Golden Prown, Bengkong, Kota Batam. Jumlah peserta yaitu para bendahara Pengurus Unit Kerja Serikat Pekerja Logam Elektronik Serikat Pekerja Seluruh Indonesia (PUK SP LEM SPSI) di kota Batam yang berjumlah 30 orang. Metode kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan tentang manajemen keuangan organisasi serikat pekerja. The development of corn-based food can be made into emping that has a potential to be eaten by anyone without fear of the certain diseases risk. Panduman Village is a producer of corn, besides of tobacco and rice which are usually sold directly in raw product, for this reason it is very important to carry out community service to increase economic value by making corn flakes traditionally by housewives. The training material classified into how to make corn emping, packaging, and marketing strategies by applying the learning by doing and FGD methods. The results of the community services achieved by housewives in Panduman Village are they were able to make emping with many different tastes (salty, sweet, tasty), packaging and marketing strategies and corn has added economic value. Pelatihan Pembuatan Komposter di Desa Dukuh Mencek Kecamatan Sukorambi Kabupaten Jember Suryandaru, Bagas Alek, Alek Fajar Zein, Muhammad Rofi Hidayah, Anis Trash Can, Organic Waste, Composter Nowadays, there is a lot of organic waste that is not managed properly and appropriately. This happens in Dukuh Mencek Village, Sukorambi District, Jember Regency, every day it produces an abundance of organic waste but it does not receive serious handling by the village government or related parties. This rubbish is usually thrown into the river or piled up behind the house, causing an unpleasant odor. Therefore, handling is needed, namely managing organic waste into compost through organic waste bins or composters, which can later bring economic benefits to the manager. Organic waste bins or what are called composters are special disposal places for organic waste that can directly process waste into compost. This research aims to reduce the waste problem that is currently occurring in the village and provide education to the local community that processed organic waste can be useful and bring economic benefits. This management is carried out by providing appropriate innovative technology in the form of making organic waste bins as a means of breaking down waste into compost. The method used is to start with the initial steps of preparing the necessary materials, preparing the tools used, and modifying the trash can. The results of the activity of making organic waste bins, namely composers, were successfully implemented by Collaborative Real Work Lecture (KKN) 160 students in Dukuh Mencek Village, Sukorambi District, Jember Regency. This organic or compost bin is implemented on village agricultural land next to the catfish pond which is managed by the local village PKK women. Organic waste that has been processed takes around 14 days to 30 days to become compost. Acidic and infertile peatlands require a special approach to increase agricultural productivity without damaging the environmental balance. One relevant approach is the application of the zero waste concept, where organic waste from agriculture and agro-tourism can be processed into high-quality compost. This community service program aims to introduce Organic Waste Composting Machine technology with Vertical Aerobic Composting method to Harapan Farmer Group in Palangkaraya. The program includes training in the use of technology and mentoring in organic waste management to improve peatland fertility. The results showed a significant increase in partners' understanding and skills in utilizing compost technology, and successfully supported the zero waste program by converting organic waste into useful compost. This program not only supports environmental sustainability, but also contributes to the improvement of partners' economic welfare through reduced dependence on chemical fertilizers. The focus of the activity included selecting the right fruits, namely crystal guava and papaya, based on their low moisture content and ease of processing. Making sample chips from these two fruits resulted in a crispy, low-oil product, while maintaining natural flavors and nutrients. In addition, the selection of appropriate packaging materials, using a combination of aluminum foil and OPP plastic, provides optimal protection of product quality and extends shelf life. An attractive and informative packaging design was also prepared to increase the product's competitiveness in the market. The results of this activity show that vacuum frying technology and good packaging design can increase the added value of agro-tourism products, support the concept of green economy, and have a positive impact on the welfare of farmers and environmental sustainability. This chip product has great potential to be marketed widely, both at the local and national levels. Hadi Rohman, Hermanto Prasetyowati, Irma women empowerment, UMKM, natural resources, Joint Business Group, Klungkung Village This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through direct observation and in-depth interviews with the administrators and members of KWT, RDS, and village officials. The results of the study indicate that the formation of the Joint Business Group (KUB) "Perempuan Rengganis" is a solution to increasing the scale of production, efficiency, and skills of members through training. KUB also strengthens the negotiating position in obtaining support from external parties. Through the utilization of land to plant vegetables and herbal plants, village women are able to improve family welfare and contribute to the local economy. In conclusion, mentoring and synergy efforts between women's business groups in Klungkung Village are able to maximize local potential and empower women to achieve economic independence. Workshop Penulisan e-mail Berbahasa Inggris bagi Divisi Pemasaran PT. Bio Industri Omnipresen Silvia Maristy, Humaera Fitriana, Rahma Permatasari, Indah workshop; e-mail writing; English; marketing; blended learning This community service activity aims to improve English email writing skills for the Marketing Division of PT. Bio Industri Omnipresen through a 4-week workshop using a blended learning method, which combines face-to-face and online learning via Zoom. The main problem faced by the partner is the lack of ability in international marketing communication, particularly in writing effective and professional e-mails in English. This activity begins with identifying training needs, followed by implementing a workshop, and concludes with an evaluation. The evaluation was conducted through participant satisfaction surveys and assessments of the participants' improvement in e-mail writing skills. The results show a significant improvement in writing formal and informal e-mails, understanding professional e-mail formats, and increased confidence in using English for business communication. Although the workshop was conducted smoothly, there were several challenges faced, such as the varying levels of English proficiency among participants, limited training time, and technical difficulties due to different work locations. For the sustainability of the program, it is recommended to have a follow-up program in the form of advanced training sessions, the extension of the workshop duration, and the improvement of training methods so that the benefits obtained by the participants are more optimal. Pematang Jering Village as a Location for KKN Group 15 North Sumatra State Islamic University has MSME businesses, however, MSME businesses in this village are hampered by knowledge of online media. they find it difficult to use digital marketing. During this marketing system, they only go offline by leaving their goods at the shop or by calling if someone wants to order. Therefore, external assistance is needed to improve the community's ability to manage MSMEs. Based on this phenomenon, the KKN group decided to provide outreach to these MSMEs after observing and discussing with the community and the Pematang Jering MSMEs. The aim is to make it easier for people to use digital platforms.  This outreach has proven effective in increasing public knowledge and interest in marketing their products. This socialization program results in people understanding and experiencing the usefulness and enjoyment of using digital platforms and providing great opportunities for businesses in the village to become more advanced. Therefore, the University of Dr. Soebandi actively plays a role in developing health internationally by carrying out community service through non-communicable disease screening activities in neighboring countries, namely Timor Leste, specifically in the Seloi Malere suco, Aileu district. Through this approach, it is hoped that early detection of health problems can be carried out, increase awareness about health in the community, build international cooperation, and contribute to more equitable global health development. The stages carried out before carrying out this community service activity were confirmation with the Seloi Malere tribal chief, after that the tribal chief met with the xefe aldeia (RW head) from Kabas Fatin, Cotabauru and Maurusa for coordination with the residents, the day of implementation, and the location where the activity is carried out. In the examination data, it was also found that many people in Aileu District have high blood pressure. Injuries occur with activities carried out such as academic learning in the form of sports. First aid is emergency care or treatment before medical help can be given to prevent serious problems. The aim of PKM is to form a group of injury prepared students so that they will later become first responder initiators. The method is through a series of health education and training using short films in regional languages at SMPN 1 Kalisat. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in students' knowledge from those previously in the inappropriate category. After the activity was carried out in the very appropriate category. Health Education Activities are the first step in initiating students to be prepared for injuries. Pelatihan Budidaya Sayuran Dengan Sistem Hidroponik Ecotower Pada Lahan Terbatas Fitriani, Fitriani Mardina, Vivi Rahmawati, Rahmawati Fadhly, T. Andi Gustia Wibowo, Sara Zulfan Arico Beni Al Fajar Lestari, Ratna Fadhliani, Fadhliani Ennymirfa, Ennymirfa Ecotower; hidroponic; santri The students (santri) at Dayah Madinatuddiniyah Miftahul Jannah have been practicing conventional vegetable cultivation, which requires large areas of land, inefficient fertilization, and is highly susceptible to pests and diseases. To address these issues, training on plant cultivation using the hydroponic eco tower system was conducted to enhance the students' skills. This community service (PkM) activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of the students in cultivating plants using the hydroponic eco tower system, thereby potentially enhancing their economic well-being. The methods involved include location surveys, socialization of the PkM activities, implementation of the PkM program, mentoring and monitoring, as well as evaluation after the program's execution. Data were analyzed using both descriptive qualitative and quantitative approaches. The training results showed an increase in learning interest by 87.17%, participant knowledge by 94.85%, and skills by 96.73%, which have the potential to improve the students’ economy and foster independence. Thus, this activity has had a positive impact in minimizing and overcoming the limitations of agricultural land use. The excellence of this program lies in efforts to increase partners' knowledge, interest and skills in entrepreneurship which consists of the planning stage, product manufacturing to the marketing process of business products. The results of the activity show that there is a significant increase before and after the implementation of eduprenuership training activities in the form of increased interest, knowledge and entrepreneurial skills of students. Monitoring children's growth and development can be done using the KIA book as an instrument or tool for monitoring children's growth and development. This program is carried out at PAUD Al Muttaqin, Jember Regency, involving PAUD teachers as the main partners in monitoring children's growth and development activities. Training and mentoring is provided to PAUD teachers to improve their ability to regularly monitor children's health and collaborate with health workers and parents. It is hoped that this program will be able to improve health management in PAUD, improve monitoring of child growth and development, and contribute to reducing stunting rates. Menggali Potensi Kelapa Sawit Pada Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Kelumpang Jaya Kecamatan Nibung Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara Perspektif Ekonomi Islam Kusbiantoro, Sigit Rianti, Rianti Fitria, Fitria Sakutteri, Riza Ristia Ningsi, Maya Satria, Fitra Chairul, Chairul Trash Can; Organic Waste; Composter Nowadays, there is a lot of organic waste that is not managed properly and appropriately. This happens in Dukuh Mencek Village, Sukorambi District, Jember Regency, every day it produces an abundance of organic waste but it does not receive serious handling by the village government or related parties. This rubbish is usually thrown into the river or piled up behind the house, causing an unpleasant odor. Therefore, handling is needed, namely managing organic waste into compost through organic waste bins or composters, which can later bring economic benefits to the manager. Organic waste bins or what are called composters are special disposal places for organic waste that can directly process waste into compost. This research aims to reduce the waste problem that is currently occurring in the village and provide education to the local community that processed organic waste can be useful and bring economic benefits. This management is carried out by providing appropriate innovative technology in the form of making organic waste bins as a means of breaking down waste into compost. The method used is to start with the initial steps of preparing the necessary materials, preparing the tools used, and modifying the trash can. The results of the activity of making organic waste bins, namely composers, were successfully implemented by Collaborative Real Work Lecture (KKN) 160 students in Dukuh Mencek Village, Sukorambi District, Jember Regency. This organic or compost bin is implemented on village agricultural land next to the catfish pond which is managed by the local village PKK women. Organic waste that has been processed takes around 14 days to 30 days to become compost. Ergiyandi Gunawan Simbolon, Richwan E Nainggolan, Nadya E Aprilia Ayu P, Fransiska Barika, Barika Medicinal Plants; Cultivation; Public Health Community service activities regarding the utilization of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) are designed to increase the awareness of village officials regarding the benefits of TOGA, provide training related to cultivation, minimize dependence on chemical drugs, and make Karang Panggung village officials. This program aims to promote the use of TOGA as an affordable and independent alternative health solution. The program was implemented by Group 9 of the Bengkulu University Development Economics Department in Karang Panggung Village, Merigi Sakti District, Central Bengkulu Regency. This village has an area of 3 km² with undulating geographical conditions. The program began with a survey to determine suitable land and types of medicinal plants that could be planted in the village. The main activity, namely the survey, was carried out on November 7, 2024 and planting as well as socialization on November 19, 2024, the planting location on the land that had been prepared at the Karang Panggung Village office. Planting was carried out together with village officials, with the aim of building a Living Pharmacy Garden that is easy to maintain and monitor. This activity shows the enthusiasm of village officials who actively support the program, as well as the availability of TOGA planting facilities that are expected to be utilized by the community in a sustainable manner. This program contributes to increasing community awareness of the importance of TOGA and becomes an example for other villages in managing family medicinal plants. Penerapan Teknologi PGPF Untuk Pengembangan Sorgum Sebagai Pangan Fungsional dan Pakan Ternak Asniwita, Asniwita Yurleni, Yurleni Farni , Yulfita Vermita Bestari, Andini biofertilizers; biopesticides; PGPF; sorghum plants. Plant Growth Promotion Fungi (PGPF) are fungi that live in the soil near plant roots or live in plants (endophytic fungi), can increase plant growth (biofertilizer), and protect plants from plant-disturbing organisms in the form of pests and plant diseases (biopesticides). Farmers often experience obstacles due to poor plant growth due to less fertile soil and dry soil, and decreased production due to pests and plant diseases. The objectives of this community service are introducing PGPF and its benefits for plants,  exemplifying PGPF multiplication techniques and PGPF addition techniques to plants, introducing sorghum and low-cost farming with high competitiveness. To achieve these objectives, the methods applied are: (1) PGPF socialization, (2) counseling on the benefits of PGPF as a biofertilizer and biopesticide, (3) plot demonstration. The results of the activity are (1) farmers in Kota Baru Village are able to multiply and add PGPF to the soil and plants, (2) farmers are able to apply sorghum cultivation techniques as a food material in order to diversify food and availability of animal feed in every environmental condition of the dry season and rainy season. All parts of the sorghum plant (seeds, leaves, stems) can be utilized, so there is no waste (zero wasted). Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Pelatihan Tanaman Sayur dalam Pot (TASAPOT) dan Pestisida Nabati (PESNAB) Untuk Meningkatkan Ketahanan Pangan di Desa Sumber Ketempa Kecamatan Kalisat Al Ayubi, Sholahuddin Dwi Pangestu, Angger Wahyudi, Deni Muhlisin, Helmi Khalishah, Putri Ingga Iltizamah, Ainun Ajustina, Fransiska Green Mustard; Botanical Pesticide; Food Security Sumber Ketempa Village, Kalisat District, has great potential to develop through natural resource management and agriculture. However, limited land is a challenge for some people in utilizing land for agriculture. To answer this challenge, Collaborative Community Service (KKN) students conducted training on Potted Vegetable Plants (TASAPOT) and the manufacture of Natural Pesticides (PESNAB) with a focus on increasing village food security. This program focuses on cultivating mustard greens in pots that are suitable for people with limited land. In addition, the use of natural pesticides from soursop leaves is taught to maintain plant growth naturally and environmentally friendly. The method begins with licensing, distributing invitations to training activities and introducing the background, benefits, and direct practice of planting vegetable seeds, after the seeds are planted, care is carried out until the seeds are ready to be harvested. This training was attended by villagers, especially housewives, who were invited to practice planting vegetables in pots and making natural pesticides. The results of this activity show that the TASAPOT and PESNAB training are effective in increasing awareness and skills of residents in utilizing limited land to support food security. Thus, this initiative is expected to improve welfare and food independence in Sumber Ketempa Village. The collection technique in this service uses the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) as a framework for analyzing the use of live streaming as a marketing strategy in increasing consumer attractiveness and sales of body care products. The results of the writing, The application of live streaming as a marketing strategy at CV Avero Indonesia has proven effective in attracting consumer attention and increasing sales. Live streaming increases interaction with the audience, consumer awareness of the product, and trust and emotional connection between the brand and consumers. Literasi Keuangan Digital Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Penipuan Perbankan dan Mitigasi Kebocoran Data Pribadi Irian Diana, Mila Wikartika, Ira Digital financial literacy; banking fraud; data breach mitigation The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the banking industry, especially in transaction patterns and financial management. However, this progress is also accompanied by an increase in cybercrime risks, such as banking fraud and personal data breaches. The low level of digital financial literacy among students makes this group more vulnerable to various modes of banking fraud. This program aims to improve the digital financial literacy of students as an effort to prevent banking fraud and mitigate personal data breaches. The activities were conducted through mini seminars and interactive discussions, providing materials that included education on the use of secure passwords, identification of fraud schemes, and steps to mitigate data breaches. The results show that 76.7% of students have a better understanding of digital financial literacy and the importance of personal data protection. With a better understanding of the risks and preventive measures, students are more prepared to face digital threats when using banking services. This surge has led to an expansion of fish farming activities, particularly within small-scale enterprises. However, a significant challenge faced by these farmers is the high cost of commercial fish feed, which accounts for 60-80% of total production expenses. These costs are further amplified by the reliance on expensive and environmentally harmful imported ingredients such as fishmeal and soybean meal. In response to these challenges, this study focuses on a community service initiative conducted at KUPS Fisheries in Tanjung Sangalang, Pulang Pisau, Central Kalimantan. The project aimed to provide local fish farmers with essential skills in feed production and the utilization of floating net cages for sustainable fish farming. Through training and hands-on practice, participants were introduced to cost-effective, locally sourced alternatives for fish feed, reducing dependency on expensive imports. The initiative also promoted environmentally friendly practices, contributing to both the economic and ecological sustainability of small-scale fish farming in the region. Affiliate marketing is a potential solution to expand the market without large costs through collaboration with affiliate partners. The community service program carried out by Asik Creative Agency aims to improve UMKM digital literacy through affiliate marketing training. The methods used include a participatory approach with planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The training includes theory and direct practice, such as recruiting affiliate partners, creating promotional content, and monitoring performance. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of affiliate marketing by 85%, as well as the ability of UMKM to run digital marketing campaigns independently. Several participants reported an increase in customer visits of up to 40% in two months. Despite facing obstacles such as diverse internet access and digital literacy, this program has succeeded in providing real solutions in empowering UMKM. This program is expected to be a model of digital empowerment that can be replicated in other regions, while supporting Indonesia's digital ecosystem. Afthon Albar, Kholid Rolianah, Wiwik Saidatur Arifiansyah, Farhadi Istifadhoh, Nurul Marketing Digitalization; Local Economy; Community Empowerment Digital transformation has changed the marketing landscape, offering new opportunities for rural areas to boost the local economy through marketing digitalization. This program aims to improve the digital literacy and marketing skills of the Ketapanglor Village community, focusing on the use of digital platforms to market local products. The program used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, involving observation, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs). Training and mentoring were provided to participants consisting of PKK mothers, MSME owners, and individuals interested in becoming affiliators. Results showed significant improvements in participants' digital literacy and marketing skills, which contributed to an average 30% increase in sales of local products. Key challenges faced include limited technological infrastructure and participant motivation. Ongoing support and collaboration with local stakeholders were identified as key factors to overcome these barriers. The program successfully improved the economic welfare of the Ketapanglor Village community and contributed to the development of the digital economy at the local level. The implications of the findings emphasize the importance of improving technological infrastructure and continued training to ensure the sustainability of the program. The program can serve as a model for other regions in implementing digital marketing strategies. Sosialisasi Dampak Kekerasan Intelektual (Calistung) Pada Kesehatan Mental Anak Usia Dini di RA Nursa'dani Medan Azhima, Idzni Khatijah, Titiek Nafiah Harahap, Wirdatun Early Childhood; Reading; Writing; Intellectual Violence; Mental Hectic Early childhood who have good academic abilities such as reading, writing, and arithmetic are the desire of all parents and are used as an indicator of success in educating children. However, in reality, children's success in learning to read, write, and count cannot be separated from the coercion of parents who want them to be able to read, write, and count after graduating from kindergarten. This treatment is a form of violence that parents unknowingly commit against their children, namely intellectual violence which also causes problems with children's mental health or is commonly called mental hectic. Mental hectic is a condition in which a person experiences a mental disorder characterized by an imbalance in emotions, actions, and thought patterns. Mental hectic can cause a person to experience confusion that leads to stress and depression. This research is a community service. The purpose of this service is to provide an understanding to parents and teachers about the impact of intellectual violence (calistung) on ​​the mental health of early childhood. The results of this community service show that parents and teachers understand that learning to read, write, and count (calistung) if taught to early childhood with abstract and unpleasant methods for children will have an impact on causing mental hectic or mental chaos and is included in the form of intellectual violence. On the other hand, if learning to read, write, and count (calistung) is carried out proportionally or in accordance with the development of the child's age and with a concrete concept, then learning to read, write, and count (calistung) can be a means of reducing the occurrence of mental hectic in early childhood. At SMK Negeri 2 Penukal, Pali Regency, South Sumatra, class XII students majoring in Software Engineering and Nursing Assistant wanted to improve their knowledge of finance through a community service program. The activity took place in a one-day intensive session, involving 50 students through an interactive approach that included lectures, group discussions, and practical workshops. With pre-test and post-test scores increasing by 38%, the evaluation results showed significant improvement. In addition, 85% of participants demonstrated basic skills in digital money management and a better understanding of investment basics. Despite the limited time, the program successfully provided Generation Z with essential financial decision-making skills, in line with their unique career prospects in technology and healthcare. Adolescence can be interpreted as a time when someone grows from childhood to maturity. Schools play an important role in the psychological, social and emotional development of a teenager. A positive environment will have an impact on positive mental development and vice versa. At school, children are taught to form positive social interactions, namely creating healthy relationships, mutual respect, appreciation, cooperation and mutual support between students at school. Bullying comes from the word bully which means a bully, a person who disturbs weak people. Smith and Thompson argue that bullying behavior is a set of deliberate actions that cause physical and psychological injury to the victim (Yunistita et al., 2022). Pelatihan Public Speaking pada Remaja Karang Taruna Desa Tanjung Tambak Baru Mawardah, Mutia Yogi, Yogi Public Speaking; Karang Taruna; Training Public speaking is an important skill for every person and organization to have. Doing public speaking requires thorough practice to get used to conveying a topic in front of many people. However, in reality, many people and young people have low public speaking skills, which makes it difficult for them to express their opinions in front of many people, so public speaking training was held for this youth group so that participants taking part in the training understand the importance of having public speaking skills and how to improve these skills. Apart from that, public speaking training is needed in youth organizations so that in internal and external communication there is no miscommunication and conveying opinions. The method used in this activity is public speaking training through stand up comedy. Based on the evaluation questionnaire, the Pre-Test and Post Test that were given to 15 training participants showed very good results. Based on the post-test completed by 15 people, there were 10 people who got good results with a score of 76-100, only 2 people got a score of (56-75). This shows a lot of improvement from the previous pre-test results, where only 3 people got good scores. This activity aims to train early childhood concentration skills through motor sensory games using puzzle media at Permata Hati Kindergarten, Limbang Jaya 1. Children's concentration problems, such as being easily distracted or having difficulty completing tasks, are the basis for the implementation of this program. The activity began with observation to understand the basic condition of the child and then gradually applied puzzle media for interactive learning. The methods used include education in the form of games and direct observation. The results of this activity show that puzzle games can improve children's concentration, fine motor coordination, problem-solving ability and emotional control. This activity aims to improve children's social-emotional development through movement and song games at Permata Hati Kindergarten, Limbang Jaya Village I. The methods used are active learning, education, participatory observation and interviews, with a focus on children's involvement in motion and song games for several sessions. The results of the study showed a significant increase in children's ability to cooperate, express emotions, and communicate with peers. Children who previously tended to be passive showed progress in social interaction skills and emotional management. Motion games and songs have proven to be effective as learning methods that support children's overall social emotional development. The activity involved interactive sessions, group discussions and practical simulations to provide participants with practical insights. The results of the workshop showed an increase in parents' awareness of the importance of their role in supporting their children's education, both morally and academically. This assistance focused on enhancing skills in planning, performance evaluation, and the use of technology for administration. The measurement results obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and observations show significant positive impacts. The questionnaire indicated an increase in scores regarding HR management understanding, the application of performance evaluations, and administrative efficiency, which improved by up to 90%. Interviews with teachers, staff, and the principal highlighted that the activity helped improve coordination and the use of technology in administration. Observations also noted improvements in the organization and efficiency of work planning structures. Overall, this activity successfully enhanced the performance of teachers and staff by introducing more structured and technology-based HR management. These improvements are expected to have long-term impacts, both on the quality of education and HR management at the school. This study uses a participatory action research method with FGD techniques for collecting data through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that the people of Salak Village do not yet have sufficient understanding of the importance of a healthy environment and do not yet have the ability to optimize their surrounding environment. However, with community empowerment through training and mentoring, the community can have sufficient knowledge, skills, and awareness to optimize a healthy environment and improve their quality of life. This event was held on February 8, 2025, at the ASBI PT. Auditorium, Metro City, Lampung, with 100 participants from various regions in Lampung. The training featured three expert speakers: Zainal Abidin, the owner of PT. ASBI, who presented the company's profile and strategies for developing ASBI honey business; Ari Suponto, a marketing expert, who explained marketing techniques and product development for ASBI honey; and Habib Ismail, an entrepreneurship practitioner, who shared insights on the importance of an entrepreneurial mindset in managing a business. The method used in this community service is an approach that combines training, education, and mentoring, aimed at providing practical understanding to participants on essential aspects of developing a honey business. Legal counseling at Pondok Dayung is considered crucial because low legal understanding can hinder the development of the cadets' character and increase the risk of behavior that deviates from established legal norms. The methods used in this program include socialization, training, and group discussions involving students as facilitators. The results of the program show a significant increase in basic legal knowledge, awareness of the importance of rules, and a more positive attitude toward the law among the adolescent cadets. This activity also contributes to strengthening the character and discipline of the cadets, which can ultimately lead to the creation of a more orderly and productive environment. This exercise was selected because it is crucial for Muslims to comprehend and become proficient in reciting the Qur'an in their daily lives. Participants are actively involved in the learning process because to the interactive approach used in this session. The training's outcomes show that participants' reading skills of the Qur'an have significantly improved, and their desire to study more has grown. Nevertheless, this training has a number of drawbacks, such as the short amount of time allotted for each session, which might not be enough for a thorough examination of the subject matter. Furthermore, different participants have varying backgrounds in Qur'anic reading, which makes it difficult to adapt teaching strategies to suit each student's needs. In conclusion, even if using flash cards has been shown to improve Qur'anic reading skills, more focus must be placed on time management and method modifications to attain the best possible outcomes. It is anticipated that other communities will embrace this exercise more frequently in order to improve religious understanding. Stunting, which affects the physical and mental development of children, can be minimized through various approaches, one of which is legal awareness emphasizing parental responsibility for child health. As part of the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Mandiri program, students from the Law Department, Class C1, Universitas Tangerang, implemented a community service program in Desa Kadipaten to enhance the community’s understanding of stunting prevention through an Islamic family law approach. From the perspective of Islamic family law, parents have an obligation to provide adequate nutrition and ensure the health of their children, a responsibility that must be fulfilled to guarantee the optimal realization of children’s rights. This program was carried out through socialization, training for housewives, and discussions with community leaders and the village head. The results of this activity show an increase in community awareness regarding the importance of a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition management in preventing stunting. The legal awareness provided through this approach is expected to strengthen parental commitment in fulfilling children’s rights and support the development of a healthy and quality generation. Tegalrejo Village, Kebumen Regency, is one area that requires attention regarding land rights issues, where the community often faces difficulties in obtaining legal certainty about the land they own. The Community Service Program (KKN Mandiri) of Law Students from Universitas Tangerang Raya aims to provide education on land rights through legal counseling, using an approach that is easily understood by the community. The method used in this activity is direct socialization involving community leaders, village heads, and local residents to enhance their understanding of land rights and the importance of legal access. The results of this activity show an increase in the community's understanding and awareness of their rights in land management. Additionally, the community has become more open to resolving land disputes through legitimate legal channels, which they previously avoided due to lack of understanding. The rapid development of digital technology has transformed business practices, yet many MSMEs lack understanding of the legal aspects of electronic contracts, which exposes them to potential risks. This research employs a participatory approach, combining workshops, focus group discussions, and practical training to educate MSMEs about the principles, validity, and enforcement of electronic contracts. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding of electronic contracts, including their ability to draft and review such agreements. The study concludes that legal education is essential for empowering MSMEs in the digital economy, enabling them to protect their rights and interests effectively. Numeracy literacy is an individual's ability to understand and use mathematical concepts, including symbols and numbers, to solve problems in everyday life. Based on the 2018 Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) report released by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the numeracy literacy level of students in Indonesia is still relatively low, ranking 74th out of 79 countries. Therefore, the role of teachers is very important in increasing students' numeracy literacy by integrating numeracy concepts into various subjects, not just mathematics. This service activity targeted 38 teachers at UPT SMP Negeri 3 Bangkala, Jeneponto Regency, who were given training and assistance in implementing numeracy-based learning strategies. The strategies used include contextual learning, problem-based learning, and active learning methods that involve students directly. It is hoped that this activity can increase teachers' understanding in teaching numeracy literacy effectively, thereby having an impact on increasing students' numeracy competence. The output of this activity includes increasing teacher understanding, implementing learning strategies that are more numeracy-based, as well as preparing learning modules as references in integrating numeracy literacy in various subjects. With this training, it is hoped that teachers will be able to develop numeracy learning that is more contextual and relevant, as well as contributing to improving the quality of mathematics learning in schools. However, many MSME entrepreneurs face challenges in planning and managing their business budgets according to sharia principles. The main obstacles include a lack of understanding of sharia budgeting concepts, which emphasize transparency, fairness, and financial management free from riba, gharar, and maysir. This community service aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing sharia budgeting in improving the financial management of MSMEs. Community service activities carried out include training and mentoring for MSME actors in Sumbergempol, Tulungagung, through the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach with techniques for conducting counseling, focus group discussions, training and mentoring. This community service aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing sharia budgeting in improving the financial management of MSMEs. Community service activities carried out include training and mentoring for MSME actors in Sumbergempol, Tulungagung, through the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach with techniques for conducting counseling, forum group discussions, training and mentoring. This community service aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing sharia budgeting in improving the financial management of MSMEs. Community service activities carried out include training and mentoring for MSME actors in Sumbergempol, Tulungagung, through the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach with techniques for conducting counseling, forum group discussions, training and mentoring. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding and skills in allocating business budgets. They were able to develop more systematic financial plans, separate business capital from personal finances, and implement more disciplined budgeting strategies in accordance with Islamic economic principles. Furthermore, the sharia budgeting approach has proven effective in strengthening financial control and enhancing business resilience against economic uncertainties. To ensure the sustainable implementation of sharia budgeting, further training and in-depth mentoring for MSME entrepreneurs are recommended. Upaya Restorasi Lahan Melalui Pembagian Bibit Tanam di Dusun Tambes Desa Lerpak Geger Bangkalan Sadiyah, Fatichatus Abdurrohman, Abdurrohman Tambes Hamlet; Soil Restoration; Seedling Distribution Tambes Hamlet is known for its fertile soil and rich natural potential. This land supports the growth of various crops and provides opportunities for farmers. With a good climate and abundant resources, Tambes Hamlet can produce a lot of agricultural products, supporting food needs and the local economy. However, these resources have not been utilized to their full potential, with a lot of empty land and a lack of fruit commodities. Lack of agricultural management knowledge is the main reason for the difficulties faced by farmers. The author conducts land restoration to improve soil quality and farmer knowledge, and works with the government to provide education and distribute planting seeds. These efforts benefit both the environment and the community. In general, in implementing this program, the author divides it into three methods; preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Land restoration is an important process to repair damaged land. The goal is to return the land to a better condition so that it can be used for agriculture or other ecosystems. Restoration methods include reforestation, which is the replanting of trees. Soil conservation is also important to maintain fertile soil quality. Restoration benefits the environment and the community, increasing biodiversity and supporting plant and animal species. Tambes Hamlet faces soil productivity issues that affect agriculture. Soil restoration is needed so that the community can benefit from it.
