Inovasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Jember Dalam Mewujudkan E-Government Melalui Aplikasi Jember Kota Pintar (J-Kopi)

Abstract

Government innovations to provide better public services than ever are now being developed. Many innovations have emerged to realize good governance using digital media or what is now often called e-government. In Jember Regency, in an effort to realize this, they launched an application aimed at accelerating the dissemination of government information, facilitating services to the public, and also minimizing costs. Jember Smart City (J-KOPI) is an application designed by the Jember Regency government that is expected to be able to make Jember in the palm of your hand. With this innovation, it is also hoped that the quality of public services will be better. Many features are present in this one application. This application is a form of innovation by the Jember Regency Government in implementing e-government.
