The Indonesian nation is a religious nation and respects differences. The attitude of accepting Pancasila as a fixed price is due to the strong insight and attitude of religious moderation within oneself and the environment so that one of the benefits is accepting Pancasila as the basis of the nation and state.&nbsp; Methods: This research uses a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, discussions and literature documents .&nbsp; Results: Pancasila is the philosophy of the Indonesian nation which is the basis for all aspects of the life of the Indonesian nation. Pancasila, a human product, cannot be religious or considered equivalent to religion. Pancasila has five values which are in line with Islamic teachings. Conclusion: first, Ma'lumun min ad-dini bi an-Nadhari wa al-Ijtihad: Called Wadl'iyun Basyariun: made by humans by directing all their rational potential with ijtihad. For example, Pancasila is a human creation that is in the realm of discussion or enters the realm of reason and can be discussed as deeply as possible. Second, Ta'abbudi is called ma'lumun min ad-addini bi ad-dlarurah: It is called Wadl'iyun dewan: made by God. Located in the permanent area. The form of developing religious culture or religious atmosphere in schools is a form of culture, necessitating development efforts at three levels, namely, the level of values adhered to, the level of daily practices and the level of cultural symbols (Koentjaraningrat, 1974). In this research, researchers used a qualitative approach. Using primary sources and secondary sources. Data collection uses documentary techniques, interviews, observation and literature. Analytical techniques using critical analysis and content analysis. It is said that because education is part of human culture and civilization which continues to develop to provide goodness to the plurality of society. The approach used in this research is qualitative research. The technique used by this researcher is purposive sampling technique. data collection using observation methods, interview and documentation methods, the technical analysis used is qualitative. The results of this research are that the Annuriyyah Islamic boarding school is developing a pluralistic society by using several approaches to establish (1) Kindergarten, MI, MTs and MA level schools for the general public. (2) non-formal education, namely Madrasah Diniyah, Kuning Book Recitation and Majlis Ta'lim. This friendly education leads students to find their identity based on humanism. Each teaching and learning series is an enriching experience of divinity and humanity that emphasizes humanity, freedom, justice, democracy and fun. This research is a literature review, namely examining the concepts of friendly (humanistic) education from experts and their implementation in the teaching and learning process in the classroom and outside the classroom. Initially, the traditional (ancient) Islamic Education Institute had characteristics, namely that it had charismatic ustadz, had a boarding house, mosque and Islamic boarding school. Islamic boarding schools are also categorized as social institutions where students live together and study under the guidance of kyai. This research was conducted to find out the forms of violent education that exist in Islamic boarding schools. The problems in this research are (1) Are there forms of violent education that occur at the Nurussalam Islamic Boarding School (2) Influence in the Community. This research uses qualitative research, data collection is carried out using comprehensive interviews with students, teachers and local residents. The type of data obtained will later be in the form of interview results which will be explained descriptively in the discussion.
