STRATEGI GURU PAI DALAM MENINGKATKAN NUANSA RELIGIUS SISWA SMA WAHID HASYIM TALANG

Schools are educational institutions that play a crucial role in instilling values and religious attitudes in students. The teacher has a significant responsibility in nurturing and developing the spiritual and social attitudes of students. This research aims to determine the strategies of Islamic Education teachers in enhancing the religious atmosphere among students at Wahid Hasyim Talang High School. By using a qualitative research method with a case study approach, it is hoped that these strategies can be applied by Islamic Education teachers to instill religious values in students. The results of the study indicate that the Islamic Education teachers at Wahid Hasyim Talang High School implement several strategies to enhance the religious atmosphere among students, including habituation of religious practices, integration of religious values into learning, and setting an example, such as reciting prayers before and after lessons and conducting congregational prayers. This research also explores the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the strategy, including students' interest in religious activities, support from the school environment, and the development of religious extracurricular activities. Factors influencing the success of the PAI teacher's strategy include support from the school principal, teacher competence, the school environment, and parental participation. The efforts of PAI teachers in enhancing the religious atmosphere among students have an impact on the formation of religious character and the increase in students' motivation to learn Islamic education. Research shows that the active involvement of teachers in the learning process and the creation of a conducive religious atmosphere significantly influences students' practice of religious values. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective religious education strategies and serve as a reference for Islamic Education teachers in other schools in their efforts to enhance students' religiosity.

EFFORTS TO STEM RADICALISM AT THE NURUSSALAM ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL

This article examines deradicalization and violence in education: A study of Islamic education analysis based on the treasures of Madrasah-Pesantren at the Pesantren Nurussalam. This research method uses a qualitative-descriptive method. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation methods. Data validity uses data triangulation by comparing the research results of experts with more than three opinions. Data analysis in this study uses disciplined inquiry and reality and uses a content analysis model. The very interesting findings of this study about the very effective Deradicalization of pesantren are (1) the kiai teaches noble ethics to all students accompanied by the provision of examples from the kiai. (2) the kiai teaches yellow books written by the group of defenders of Islam Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah, a moderate group in Islam (3) checks the books written before being taught to all students with the aim of avoiding books written by experts in heresy, radical heretics (4) the kiai teaches love for the Indonesian homeland as a legacy of the struggle for independence of the Indonesian nation and the pesantren community (5) the thoughts taught to the students are tawassuth, I'tidal, tawazun, tasamuh, tabayyun, amar makruf nahi mungkar (Halid 2023) (6) local Indonesian culture with friendliness (7) peace, mutual respect, preserving local pesantren traditions (8). Penelitian ini adalah berbasis keputakaan. Tema penelitian ini adalah analisis sekolah sebagai sistem sosial perspektif Talcott Parsons. Dalam artikel ini ada 3 pertanyaan penting. Pertama, bagaimana Struktural fungsional talcott parsons. Kedua, bagaimana Konsep dasar sistem sosial. Ketiga, bagaiamana Sekolah sebagai sistem sosial perspektif Talcott Parsons. Pendekatan konten analisis untuk membaca konsep struktural fungsional dan pandangan Talcott Parsons mengenai sekolah adalah sebuah sistem sosial. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama mengetahui tentang konsep struktural fungsional Talcott Parsons, kedua konsep dasar sistem sosial, dan ketiga mengetahui sekolah sebagai sistem sosial perspektif Talcott Parsons.

Pengaruh Sekolah Gratis Terhadap Motivasi Belajar PAI Siswa Kelas VIII Putra Di SMP Plus Mambaul Ulum Sukowono

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sudah seharusnya bisa dirasakan oleh seluruh elemen masyrakat, karena hal itu sesuai dengan UUD.No. 1-4 tahun 1945 pasal 31. Untuk mewujudkannya, pemerintah pusat membuat beberapa program yang diantaranya adalah program sekolah gratis. Namun disisi lain,setiap sekolah memiliki karekterisktik dan tantangan siswa yang berbede-beda, Contoh yang paling kongkrit terdapat di SMP Plus Mambaul Ulum Sukowono yang terletak di daerah pedesaan dan berada dibawah naugan sebuah yayasan pesantren dimana kebanyakan orang tua memondokkan anaknya ke pesantren karena mereka sudah tidak mampu membimbing anaknya di rumah. Hal tersebut berdampak pada prilaku serta sikap seorang anak tersebut yang kurang terkendali, kurang bersemangat untuk bersekolah dan belajar. Sekolah Gratis diharapkan dapat memotivasi siswa di SMP Plus Mambaul Ulum Sukowono untuk terus bersekolah dengan tanpa memikirkan lagi biaya pendidikan yang mahal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sekolah gratis terhadap motivasi belajar PAI siswa kelas VIII putra. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang melibatkan 37 siswa kelas VIII putra sebagai responden dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil data nilai F hitung = 16,039 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebasar 0,000, dimana nilai ini lebih kecil dari < probabilitas 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable X (sekolah gratis) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel Y (motivasi belajar PAI). Adapun secara simultan pengaruh sekolah gratis terhadap motivasi belajar PAI siswa mendapat nilai R sebesar 0,314 atau 31,4%. Kesimpulannya, sekolah gratis memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar PAI siswa kelas VIII putra secara simultan dengan dibuktikan melalui penelitian yang telah dilakukan.

INTEGRASI NILAI-NILAI MULTIKULTURAL KE DALAM PAI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN TOLERANSI SISWA DI SMP NURUSSALAM AMBULU

Indonesia adalah negara yang terkenal dengan kemajmukannya. Karena memang Indonesia memiliki banyak perbedaan suku, ras, bahasa, bahkan agama. Oleh karena itu, dengan banyaknya perbedaan yang ada, tentu tidak menutup kemungkinan terjadinya konflik. SMP Nurussalam Ambulu merupakan salah satu sekolah yang banyak terdapat perbedaan tersebut, baik itu perbedaan suku, budaya maupun bahasa. Oleh karena itu, Integrasi nilai Multikultural memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam memberikan dan menanamkan pemahaman terkait multikulturalisme serta menumbuhkan nilai-nilai toleransi bagi siswa yang ada disana.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Kemudian untuk pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui proses observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data.

Dari proses penelitian ini diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Nilai toleransi antar umat beragama di SMP Nurussalam Ambulu a) Saling memahami dan mengakui setiap perbedaan b) Mempererat hubungan kekeluargaan dan persaudaraan c) Tolong menolong dalam apapun d) Tata krama dan komunikasi yang baik. Integrasi nilai Multikultural dalam PAI untuk menumbuhkan nilai toleransi siswa di SMP Nurussalam Ambulu memiliki diantaranya sebagai sarana untuk memberikan pemahaman, bimbingan, arahan dan sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya toleransi.

A PARTICIPANT DECISION MAKING BY THE HEAD OF THE PRIVATE MADRASAH ALIYAH FROM DARUS SHOLAH JEMBER

Participatory decision-making will be investigated for the school leaders of Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Darus Sholah Jember in this study to gain quality management at the school by all parties engaged in the activity. The main question relates to the how implementation participative decision making at MAS Darus Sholah Jember and its impact on school performance. The study seeks to demonstrate that participatory decision-making can serve as an effective leadership model in the context of management challenges and school autonomy. This research discusses Participatory Decision Making by school leaders in Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Darus Sholah Jember in order to improve the administration of the school by involving all participants. The primary question is how participatory decision-making is taken at. According to the research findings, four major strategies are used to implement participatory decision-making: brainstorming, nominal group technique (NGT), quality circles, and the Delphi technique. Brainstorming and NGT are employed more extensively since they require direct input from the school community. Quality circles are also important for preserving the long-term quality of learning. However, the Delphi technique is less commonly used because to time and budget restrictions. The use of these strategies increases teacher involvement, promotes innovation, and fosters a positive working atmosphere. This study helps by providing a paradigm of participatory decision-making that can be used in other madrasahs. By taking into account the engagement of numerous stakeholders, this study contributes to the development of democratic and effective leadership in Indonesian education.
