Pengaruh Penambahan Calcinit Pada Nutrisi AB Mix Terhadap Pertumbuhan Selada Hijau dan Selada Merah Hidroponik Sistem DFT

This study aims to determine the effect of calcinit application in AB Mix nutrition on the growth of green lettuce and red lettuce in a hydroponic DFT system. It also aims to evaluate the growth of green and red lettuce with different calcinit dosage treatments and to determine the interaction between calcinit dosage and lettuce varieties on the growth of hydroponically cultivated lettuce in a DFT system. The research method used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) 2 × 3 with four replications. The first factor was lettuce variety (V), consisting of two types: V1 = green lettuce and V2 = red lettuce. The second factor was calcinit dosage (K), consisting of three levels: K1 = 1 g/L, K2 = 2 g/L, and K3 = 3 g/L. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, root length, fresh weight, organoleptic test, and plant growth rate. The application of calcinit at a dosage of 3 g/L provided the best results for lettuce growth, both in green lettuce and red lettuce. The results showed that different calcinit dosages (1 g/L, 2 g/L, and 3 g/L) significantly affected lettuce plant growth. The findings of this study indicate that a calcinit dosage of 3 g/L produced the best results in lettuce growth parameters. The growth responses of green lettuce and red lettuce differed under different calcinit dosages. Furthermore, the interaction between a calcinit dosage of 3 g/L and green lettuce variety showed significant effects on plant growth parameters.
