About the Journal
Rechtens Journal is a fully peer-reviwed journal published by the Master of Laws study program, Islamic University of Jember. It is published twice a year in January and June (p-ISSN : , e-ISSN : ). The Wetgeving journal was firstly published in a printed version and e-journal version since in 2025
Wetgeving journal is a journal that provides an opportunity for academics, researchers and practitioners to showcase the latest in the domain of law. It accepts the following types of articles: 1) original research-based articles and 2) review articles. It invites submissions relating to Civil Law; Criminal law; Constitutional law; International law; Administrative Law; Islamic law; Economic Law; Health Law; Customary law; Environmental law.
Publishing articles in the Wetgeving journal is an important building block in the development of respected and upheld knowledge networks. This is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support them. It is therefore important to agree on standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: authors, journal editors, peer reviewers, publishers, and the public.
As the publisher of the Wetgeving Journal, the Master of Laws study program, Islamic University of Jember is highly committed to carrying out its duties and is responsible for all stages of publication. We are also totally committed to ensuring that commercial interests do not impact or influence editorial decisions.
Only manuscript of suficient quality that meet the aims and scope of Rechtens Journal will be reviewed. The editor is responsible for the final decision with respec to acceptance or rejection of articles.
