Abstract

Bullying that occurs in a school environment can cause psychological problems for victims in their social life. Researchers conducted research in class XI IPA SMA Negeri 3 Jember and the analysis results obtained r_xy value is 0.7178. This figure is greater than the r table at the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.1809, with the number of respondents (N) = 118. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational research, using a purposive random sampling technique of 118 samples consisting of 5 classes. By using a significance level of 0.05 with the questionnaire research method, interviews and documentation, data analysis using the product moment correlation formula. These results provide an understanding that the null hypothesis (Ho) which reads "There is no effect of bullying on the psychosocial condition of class XI IPA students of SMA Negeri 3 Jember" is rejected. Meanwhile, the working hypothesis (Ha, which reads "There is an effect of bullying on the psychosocial condition of class XI IPA students of SMA Negeri 3 Jember" can be accepted.
