The editors of the Welfare State Law Journal invite academics, researchers and practitioners who are interested in participating in submitting their writings to the Welfare State Law Journal. Manuscripts in the form of original research results or review articles that have never been published in other media. Welfare State Law Journal is published twice a year, in April and October. Each issue has eight articles. Submission of articles for April period: November to February Submission of articles for the October period: May to August
Berdasarkan Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia Nomor 177/E/KPT/2024 tentang Peringkat Akreditasi Jurnal Ilmiah Periode II Tahun 2024, Jurnal Welfare State sudah terakreditasi Peringkat 5 (Sinta-5) Akreditasi Jurnal Nasional, mulai Volume 1 Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 sampai Volume 5 Nomor 2 Tahun 2026.
