  Welfare State Jurnal Hukum (Vol. 5, No. 1) addresses a range of contemporary legal issues, including the liability of notaries, the effectiveness of e-litigation, governmental authority, technology-facilitated human trafficking, sexual violence offenses, state capital participation, jurisdiction in international digital contracts, and the exercise of authority by village governments. The articles in this issue examine the application of the law, legal certainty, governmental accountability, and the challenges of law enforcement in the face of evolving societal and technological developments.

  Welfare State Jurnal Hukum (Vol. 4, No. 2) , features nine scholarly articles addressing various pressing legal issues, both within Indonesia and internationally. The topics covered include consumer protection, child marriage and children’s rights, narcotics-related offenses, human trafficking, trademark protection, the misuse of notarial deeds, the oversight of village regulations, cybercrime, and legal protection for victims of psychological domestic violence. This issue is intended to contribute to the advancement of legal scholarship and serve as a reference for academics, researchers, legal practitioners, and the general public in understanding a range of contemporary legal challenges.

  Welfare State Jurnal Hukum (Vol. 4, No. 1), features scholarly articles addressing various contemporary legal issues in Indonesia. The topics covered include the legal status of Village Owned Enterprises, the role of Islamic law in Sharia-compliant employment social security, legal protection for women, ethical oversight of Constitutional Court justices, population administration services, the prevention of the distribution of doping substances via online marketplaces, public service accountability, the regulation of pharmaceutical product distribution, and the protection of workers' rights within employment agreements. This issue is intended to contribute to the advancement of legal scholarship and serve as a reference for academics, researchers, legal practitioners, and policymakers.
