About the Journal

Welfare State jurnal hukum is a scholarly journal published periodically by the Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, Universitas Islam Jember. It was established to serve as an effective platform for fostering a culture of research and academic publication among legal educators and practitioners, in accordance with national quality standards. Welfare State Law Journal is published twice a year in April and October with Six  articles per issue. The journal’s scope encompasses key legal issues, both within Indonesia and internationally, covering fields such as Civil Law, Criminal Law, Corporate Law, Constitutional Law, Human Rights Law, Administrative Law, Intellectual Property Law, Information Technology Law, International Law, Islamic Law, Consumer Protection Law, Labor Law, Health Law, Marriage and Family Law, and Village Governance Law.
