Author Guidlines

Welfare State Law Journal is one of the per-semester media published by the Law Science Study Program, Faculty of Law, Islamic University of Jember (UIJ) as an effort to publish ideas, ideas and legal studies as well as legal developments both in theory and practice. Welfare State Legal Journal is aimed at experts, academics, practitioners, state administrators, observers and activists in the legal field.

Like journals in general, the Welfare State Law Journal appears in the scientific format of a journal so that articles sent for publication must meet the requirements for scientific writing. To facilitate manuscript correction, it is hoped that the writing meets the following conditions:

  1. The manuscript is based on the results of research or studies in the field of law and has never been published in another journal.
  2. Manuscripts are written using Times New Roman 12 font with 1½ spacing.
  3. Manuscripts are written in standard terms and in good and correct language.
  4. The manuscript is equipped with the title of the article, the author's name, the author's email, the author's institution
  5. The title of the article must be specific and straightforward which is formulated in a maximum of 14 words (Indonesian), which describes the contents of the article comprehensively.
  6. Abstracts are written clearly, completely and completely describing the substance of the entire contents of the writing in two languages, namely Indonesian and English, each one paragraph, maximum one page with one space, Times New Roman typeface, font 12 and italicized, accompanied by keywords.

  9. The maximum length of the manuscript is 20 pages with A4 paper size.
  10. Manuscripts are written in a systematic manner consisting of article titles, author names, author emails, author institutions, abstracts, introductions, problem formulation, research objectives, research methods, results and discussion and conclusions.
