To support journal management, the following fee policies apply:

1.  Submission Fee
Amount          :    Rp 0.00
Policy              :    Authors are NOT required to pay any fee to submit their manuscripts to this journal.
2.  Article Processing Charge (APC)
Amount: Rp 250,000 (for Indonesian authors)
International Authors: Free of charge (Rp 0.00)

What the APC Covers :
. Final proofreading
. Plagiarism checking
. DOI registration
. Editing and formatting
. One printed copy of the journal
Note: The APC does not cover shipping costs for sending printed copies to authors' addresses. Authors who  wish to receive a printed copy are responsible for shipping fees.

3.  Payment Instructions
After acceptance, authors will receive an invoice from the Editorial Team.
Payment must be made to the designated account provided by the journal.
Authors must send proof of payment to the Editorial Team's contact number for verification.

4.  Waiver Policy
International authors are automatically granted a full waiver (no publication fee).
Authors from developing countries or those who face financial hardship may request a waiver by  contacting the Editorial Team before submission. Waiver requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

5.   Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once the payment has been made and the article has entered the production process.
If a submission is withdrawn before acceptance, no APC will be charged.
