Jurnal History

Jurnal Educazione: Jurnal Pendidikan, Pembelajaran dan Bimbingan dan Konseling is a scholarly journal managed by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Islam Jember. Established on November 21, 2013, the journal aims to provide a platform for publishing research findings and scholarly articles in the fields of education, learning, and counseling. Its primary goal is to contribute significantly to the development of knowledge and facilitate knowledge sharing among academics, scholars, and students, with the ultimate aim of enhancing quality of life through education.

The journal is published biannually, in May and November. The first issue was Volume 1, Issue 1, published in 2013, with a Print ISSN of 2354-6263. As part of its effort to increase accessibility and international recognition, the journal obtained an online ISSN (2654-4814) on October 11, 2018, which became effective starting with Volume 6, Issue 1, in November 2018.

On March 21, 2025, Jurnal Educazione achieved a significant milestone by receiving an accreditation of Sinta 5 from the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology of Indonesia, through the Decree of the Directorate General of Research and Development No. 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025. This accreditation is valid from Volume 10, Issue 2 in 2022 until Volume 15, Issue 1 in 2027. This accreditation serves as evidence of the journal's quality and academic relevance, marking its continued contribution to the fields of education and counseling.

As the journal evolved, several important changes took place, including a redesign of the journal cover to reflect a higher level of professionalism, in line with current academic standards and aesthetics. This change aligns with the journal's efforts to maintain relevance and visual quality that reflects the scientific achievements it has made.

Jurnal Educazione aims to remain a valuable resource for the academic community, while also being open to a wider audience, including academics, scholars, and students, in an effort to share knowledge and enhance the quality of education in Indonesia and globally. With a commitment to advancing scholarly pursuits, the journal is expected to continue making a tangible contribution to the development of educational and counseling knowledge, while bridging the need for access to high-quality information in these fields.
