Abstract

Indonesia has abundant hydrographic potential and deposits of natural resources, namely in terms of agriculture, forestry, maritime affairs and fisheries, animal husbandry, plantations and mining, among Indonesia's riches which are currently well known by the Indonesian people are the Merang Mushroom which has scientific name Volvariella volvacea. Which is widely cultivated in several regions of Asia, including Indonesia. Based on the results of the financial feasibility analysis and marketing strategy, it can be seen that the average total cost is IDR 4,848,657, while the average revenue is IDR 5,026,000 so the average income is IDR 4,261,243. SWOT, IFE and EFE analysis consists of internal and external factors that can be seen from the straw mushroom farming business in Panti Village, Panti District, Jember Regency, then the internal and external factors obtained are used as a basis for finding out the right business strategy using grand strategy analysis. There are 2 marketing channels used in the straw mushroom business, namely: 1. Producers, collectors, traditional markets (traders), consumers. 2. Producers, collectors, final consumers.
